Positive points: The apartment is spacy, located on the 20th floor and has a nice view over HCM. Hosts were very helpful with any issues during my stay.
Negative points: Rent (and deposit) had to be paid in cash where I expected that a credit card could be used. This could have been more clearly stated in the description. Many ATM's, if they accept European bank cards, only give 3-5 Mio VND at one day.
Positive points: The homestay located in M-One condo is managed by a young couple who are easy to communicate with and make sure you'll enjoy your stay. Our flight was delayed, so the opportunity to check in very late and have airport pick-up organised for us (for an OK fee) made our arrival much smoother. The landlady had put up lots of xmas decorations which our kids especially appreciated. Having breakfast prepared by the hosts in their home added a lovely personal touch. Two sets of keys made it easier to plan our comings and goings. The pool, gym and play room are located in the adjacent tower, but still easy to access. Quiet, at least on floor 20.
Negative points:
The surrounding small streets are not very walkable, especially with kids, but this applies to most of HCMC.
We removed the moth balls and some deodorisers from the room as some of us are sensitive to artificial scents
Positive points: Great place and area only about 5/10 min from the more noicy City center, highly recommend ed.
Negative points: I like to make my own food so a oven and a littel more utilitys would be good, bet they Will soon sort that out 😉🙏..

Positive points: The peacefulness was great, gym met all my necessary requirements, a very nice swimming pool too.
Negative points: My only problem, was 2 small convenience mini supermarkets close by that didn’t cater for my daily food needs compared to having Annam Gourmet or Top Mart etc .

Positive points: Chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình. Nhà cũng được trang trí dễ thương, mình đặt cho bố mẹ và cháu gái. Ai cũng rất hài lòng và thoải mái ^^ sẽ quay lại tiếp vào dịp tới 😍
Positive points: Location nice ạ, anh chủ rất là nice ạ. Mọi thứ rất tuyệt
Negative points: Thiếu cái ổ điện rời nè, mà hong sao có thể do mình chưa hỏi
