Song Xanh Hotel near SECC - FV

Review: Please take note that the Hotel ONLY accepts cash, no card. Receptionists do not speak English we communicated via google translate. Room I got was full of ants. Sometimes crawling on my legs. Soundproofing was bad, some people were smoking at the corridor and talking loudly on the phone. Only good thing about this place is it being near to SECC, about 5mins drive.

Positive points: Wifi was good

2) No soap provided.
3) Waiting room is not appropriate.
4) Hotel claims for 24*7,
But it was found locked in night, faced difficulties in check in ,
In totally it is not recommended at all.

Review: The room is fragrant, clean, quiet, and bright, giving a very safe feeling (good feng shui). It is close to the market and lively shops, with service quality rated 10 out of 10. If you crave coffee, just let the staff know they sell it, and it's very delicious. The staff are friendly and handsome. I checked out and went to the airport, and when I got to the airport, I realized I hadn't retrieved my ID card, so I called the hotel to ask them to deliver it to the airport. The owner and the staff were very enthusiastic in assisting.

Review: I checked in 18 August, 2022. They gave me wrong hotel and then I checked the rooms. It was so bad. I decided not to stay there. I walked around to find another hotel.

Review: Agoda descriptions are not accurate. Some rooms are nice others are a work in progress. Staff doesn’t speak English.

Review: Accomodating staff, borrowed a table and couple chairs to put inside the room.

No bottled water provided, sometimes noisy, and quite abit of mosquitos.
Other than that, room is good for the price and have essentials covered.

Review: Booked standard room, quiet upstairs. Smallish room buy big open window which was great. Wifi ok, bed soft, aircon good though started leaking the last couple of days, they tried to fix but didnt resolve the issue. In market st, lots of restos, street food, supermarkets. A great cheap location for real viet life away from D1. Staff good english and nice and helpful:) stayed 3 weeks
