The Royal Hotel and Apartment Phu My Hung

Review: This hotel is an easy 10 out of 10. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. 'Mila' one of their staff was very kind enough to clean our room and provide everything that we need on a holiday. The room is superbly clean as this hotel was very new. Money is very worth it even if the it was not that near to district 1

Positive points: The hotel is located in a nice, green and quiet place-it is not a tourist city center, but there are a lot of nice walking areas and restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, all staff spoke English good enough so that we could understand each other. We stayed for 14 nights and cleaning was done each day except for 2. Our room was number 402 and it was veeeery cozy and with a nice view. The furniture was new and clean. There were no insects in the room. Wifi worked smoothly all the time. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who don’t mind to spend some time to get to the city center (non-walking distance) and prefers to stay in a quiet area.

Review: Thank you for handling the missed booking when we arrived the staff was confident in resolving the issue. She remained polite and empathetic. The room was remained clean and its a good place if you'd want to be away from the busy area of other Districts. Good food choices and would definitely recommend the place!

Review: We arrived at midnight and noticed that sheets were not clean and doesn't smell fresh. Asked the staff to have it clean or check but it looks like housekeeping is not available to address our concern. The front desk tried to help us and I appreciate it sincerely but I would like to recommend to ensure rooms are ready when it is reserved. Thanks!

Positive points: A basic hotel located in a quiet street in the Korean area of Saigon. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and spas etc (mainly Korean). Room was on the fifth floor and was large and quiet with enough basic amenities to make a liveable studio apartment.

Positive points: This is the second property called the Royal homies bit confusing when booking which building I was supposed to be in but
the room was lovely, big comfy bed with 4 Quality PILLOWS as it should be
kitchen is basic but at least some utensils to cook with
great air conditioning has 2 units and work well will come again

Review: The location is not the same as the listing. Many Aircon compressors right outside the window beside the bed which results in loud humming through the night. Chickens in the neighborhood which crows at 6 to 7am.
