Siris Niko Residence - Self Checkin

Review: This apartment is a self service type. The place is clean and comfy. Restaurants, Coffee Shops and parks are near from this area. The mall is just a walk in distance if you are looking for a supermarket. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay with a quiet environment unlike in District 1.

Positive points: Friendly staffs, clear instruction, have enough home appliances. I think this is a reasonal price for this kind of room in Saigon.

Review: There was a bit of run around with checking in, we had to wait until 2pm and then the guy kept asking for passport pics before he could send the door code although I'd sent them twice already 😉.
We got in eventually and the place was very nice.
Easily walkable to mall and restaurants and bus stop
Small fridge, cooker, kettle, only 1 pot but nice bowls and plates, elevator, desk, bath.
Great sunset from balcony.

Positive points: Great place to stay, Central and a good location. Initially booked for 5 days. Extended to a month. Will stay there again

Review: The room is on the smaller side but has everything you need, perfect for 1-2 people. The bed is big and super comfy. It’s fully equipped with a fridge, kettle, hot plate, and even a hairdryer, so it’s great whether you’re staying for just one night or a few days. The only downside is the walls aren’t soundproof, so you might hear some noise from outside. The location is easy to find, and there are grocery stores, food spots, and cafés nearby, which is really convenient.

Review: Ngoài TV cũ coi Youtube bị lag thì có điều nữa mình ko thích ở đây là gối hơi cao nằm mỏi cổ, mình và người yêu đều có cảm nhận như vậy. Còn lại mọi thứ khác ở đây đều tuyệt vời so với giá tiền. Mong homestay lần sau có thể nâng cấp TV mới và có option chọn gối ngủ bé hơn!

Positive points: The room was exactly like the photos—not sparkling clean but very hygienic. The neighborhood was excellent, with plenty of Korean restaurants and shops. The owners were kind, helpful, and hospitable, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Review: The aircon in our room is weak or maybe because it is in wrong spot, so we needed to move the bed. Anyway i enjoyed staying in Quan 7, quiet & rich area. My suggestion is i hope your company put a key card security feature in your glass entry door, so it will feel safer for your tenants. Thank you for accommodation

Highly recommended. Quick response and soundproof if you want good night sleep . Come with water/coffee and tea and a small kitchenette if you too want to whip something quick but I mean who want to when all you got kind of good foods within walking distance . Definitely be back . Well done team
