Breakfast: Although the selection on the menue is limited but the chef makes what you like 10/10
Rooms: Very clean and comfortable
The overall feeling is very personalised and you feel like a King living in the castle. And is in the better upmarket part of the city

No hot water.
The river view room has no view of the river apart from some glimpses.
The owner should get rid of or repair the faded furniture. I could hardly see any guests but occupancy said soldout will suit someone who likes peace and quiet

Review: The room is big and clean. It is conveniently located at district 7 near crescent mall with nice lake for a good walk. It will be better if the room wifi can be strengthen.

Review: Kind and friendly staff... very comfortable bed and good room size... breakfast is reasonably decent... but hotel definitely need more upkeep... not sure i would consider it a 5-star boutique hotel... but overall happy with our stay. Thanks for taking care of us.

Review: Very bad hotel …. I did check in and check out in a few hours. The hotel is not totally look like as their advertising. I learned from the hotel staff that their facility was selling to new owner and their main business is not hotel anymore. I do strong suggest that Agoda need to be rejected this hotel in your list due to it is cheating customer and big disappointed when check in.

Review: Part of hotel is under construction. some lights in the hotel is not working. Could not find the proper entrance to the lobby side door is always locked and have to seek for security to open the door upon request.
Noisy at Saturday midnight as hotel is preparing some event.
