Positive points: Comfy and simple hotel in a convenient location, perfect if you have business around the PMH area. Good enough to spend a couple of nights.

Negative points: The rooms could use better cleaning, especially the bathroom. There are some scraps and the glass doors look dirty. I stayed one night and honestly waited to shower until my next destination.

Negative points: Room had mice droppings and dead cockroache on windowsill and behind couch
Cigarette burn on seal of couch
Staff told me only 10 minutes to my destination by car it was 40 . Late for appointment. English a problem

Review: Nice location for those who wants to stay in D7 in HCMC. But if there are empty units next to hotel which undergo renovation then it can get noisy in the day time with the dirlling and hammering.

Positive points: very friendly and helpful Staff! good location kinda suburban but everything available

Negative points: little dirty and the bathtub was moldy. at check out i noticed that my blanked was actually containing old bloodstains but staff apologized several times

Review: Staying in D7 for the first time, and it was great to have so many dining and shopping options available right near the hotel.

Positive points: The room we had booked was unavailable so they updated us to a better room without charging us the extra money.
Room had a bathtub, mirror with led light with a touch button, pretty cool!! Comfortable bed. Nothing to complain.

Negative points: Soundproof walls would be better 😆😆

9.2 A day in Ho Chi Minh - SAHIDDA 01-05-2024

Review: Location is good for us attending an event in Secc. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants & spa. Supermarket nearby. Easy transpo via grab. The city is the one closer for Mekong Delta tour compared to other Vietnam cities. Interested for a city tour & other activities but the downside is hard to communicate in universal language (english) since most of the locals speak local dialects . The tour guides though are good in communicating. But atleast in hotel accomidations can communicate in english . Overall it was a good stay
