Positive points: The Balcony and room , nice bed

Review: If can't sleep when I'm tired, you're going to get a 1-star review even if there is free champagne and caviar.
Why does the hotel manager not do something about it? Because they don't know about it. And that means they are not doing their job.
And why didn't the receptionist offer another room? The hotel was empty! We could could just move across the corridor.

Positive points: Good location , convenient store around, easy parking

Positive points: Everything, room was very clean and every few days the sheets and towels are changed. The host is incredibly helpful and polite.
