Review: Had to ask for my room to be cleaned a couple of times. But staff are very friendly and helpful. New hotel and in very good condition. Room are modern and clean.
Positive points: Excellent location, clean room and the lady managing the clinic was extremely helpful, polite and kind.

Review: Booked a room for 3 people. They upgraded our room for free. It was very spacious and the toilet has a bathtub. However, my friend said that the sheet of the other bed is not very clean. But overall, it was worth the price.

Positive points: Super nice and helpful receptionist staff. They helped me put up a table to my room for me to work and I can see that they tried their best.
Negative points: Bad preparation. The toilet mat was super dirty when we enter. The restroom smell terrible. And there was no hot water at the first date.

Positive points: What I Like: Overall, the stay was great. The room was clean, and the shower was good.
Negative points: What I Do Not Like: The hotel did not provide free breakfast. There were also a lot of mosquitoes. Although the hotel sprayed mosquito repellent, the smell was unpleasant.

Positive points: The staff at Hoang Yen Hotel are exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home during my stay. Not to mention the location - situated in the heart of District 7 - Phu My Hung, the hotel is conveniently close to many of Saigon's top attractions, making it the perfect base for sightseeing.
