Reservation was made at wrong day but the staff did not contact to check for check-in time when guest has not come
Mình đặt sai ngày nhưng khách sạn cũng không liên lạc xác nhận giờ check-in khi không thấy khách tới
Bathroom door is broken and can’t be closed
Cửa nhà vệ sinh bị hư không đóng được
Room is too small that closet can’t be fully open

Review: If you need a cheap place to sleep this is it. It was clean.
Positive points: This place is ok for one night. I arrived late and left early morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was clean with a nice bathroom.
Negative points: You get the key at reception but no help with luggage. It was difficult to communicate with staff due to very basic English. There is a sign in front of the hotel that advertises rooms for hourly rates, which made me wonder about the place. The only window in the room was overlooking the air conditioning shaft.

Review: The room is clean, the receptionist is enthusiastic and friendly, the room price is suitable for the amenities just a small suggestion is to clean and polish the stainless steel walls of the elevator for cleanliness and shine.

Negative points: Cleanliness on a daily basis, there was still quite some smell in the bathroom area all along

Negative points: Tên khách sạn bị ngăn bởi khách sạn khác nên thường nhầm. Uống nước suối buộc phải trả phí so với những khách sạn khác được free 2 chai nước bên ngoài. Nhân viên không mấy niềm nở và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Phòng khác so với trên hình update trên booking.
Review: Giá đắt so với chất lượng phục vụ, 400k/ đêm mà phòng k có nước hay xà phòng rửa tay!?
