Review:
Reservation was made at wrong day but the staff did not contact to check for check-in time when guest has not come
Mình đặt sai ngày nhưng khách sạn cũng không liên lạc xác nhận giờ check-in khi không thấy khách tới
Bathroom door is broken and can’t be closed
Cửa nhà vệ sinh bị hư không đóng được
Room is too small that closet can’t be fully open
Tủ quần áo để quá gần giường và cửa tủ không mở hết được
Positive points: The staff were friendly, and the room met expectations.
Negative points: Nothing - all met expectations.
Review: If you need a cheap place to sleep this is it. It was clean.
Positive points: This place is ok for one night. I arrived late and left early morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was clean with a nice bathroom.
Negative points: You get the key at reception but no help with luggage. It was difficult to communicate with staff due to very basic English. There is a sign in front of the hotel that advertises rooms for hourly rates, which made me wonder about the place. The only window in the room was overlooking the air conditioning shaft.
Review:
Hotel location is very convenient
Close to coffe shop and local food store
It worth the money
Staff is friendly too and 24 hours in attendance
Positive points: Staff
Negative points: Toilet and at night whole building was shaking
Review: The room is clean, the receptionist is enthusiastic and friendly, the room price is suitable for the amenities just a small suggestion is to clean and polish the stainless steel walls of the elevator for cleanliness and shine.
Positive points: Overall location, accessibility, etc
Negative points: Cleanliness on a daily basis, there was still quite some smell in the bathroom area all along
Review: Place is ok, you get what's it worth, don't know bout other room, but mine was clean and seems run down hotel.
Positive points:
Nice staff
Cleanliness
Good location
Negative points:
There’s a big window without a curtain
TV doesn’t work at all
Review: The room is clean and has all the necessary amenities. However, the space is small and the price is a bit high. On the plus side, the staff is very helpful.
Positive points: Friendly staff
Review: The room is clean and has basic amenities. There is parking available. The surrounding dining areas have affordable prices.
Review: The facilities are quite new but not pretty good.
Review: The hotel is clean. The staff is lovely and enthusiastic.
Positive points: Ks sạch sẽ, lễ Tân vui vẻ tận tình
Negative points: Không có gì để chê
