Positive points: The young receptionist girl is super kind and attentive. Everyday she asked me about the breakfast and care about everything like parking and anything I need. The room is very cozy and clean.

Positive points: The Junior Suite was perfect for me. The bed was so comfortable!! I enjoyed the quiet away from the noisy centre of Saigon. Conveniently located to restaurants and bars and going to buy fresh produce and other stuff from convenient shops.

Positive points: There are many restaurants and cafes around the hotel. You can even walk to the shopping mall. The room was big enough and the bed was also good. The staff was always there to help, so I like them a lot. I also liked the breakfast this hotel offered. You can choose breakfast from the list of local meals, so I tried many different authentic foods during my stay.

Positive points: The hotel is relatively new, so everything is clean. The balcony windows block the sound better than most hotels so easy to sleep without getting disturbed by bikes/cars.

The property is in a quiet place but everything is available within walking distance.

Review: Good location:
1. Walking distance to SC Vivocity and many Korean eateries, massage shops, convenient stores and cafes around the hotel.
2. Cross the road to Sky Garden, more local eateries, shops, cafe, nail spa, massage,etc.
Hotel service:
1. The team was good, very polite and they could speak English.
2. They will take your breakfast order for the next day without fail.
Downside:
1. Junior Suite Balcony is not as big as it mentioned, probably around 20sqm.
2. The 2 balcony doors and bathroom window in room 603 cannot be locked, as at Mar'24.
3. We hung the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign throughout the stay cos we do not require any housekeeping service but one of the days, the staff went in to replenish 2 bottle of water when we were out.
Was a great stay after all.

Positive points: It's a small hotel but kept clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is nice and have easy access to restaurants and stores. We have a motorbike, so we find the transportation is quite easy.
