This hotel was absolutely perfect in a really nice peaceful area I couldn't wish for a nicer place to stay while in ho chi minh.
The hotel was really clean and the staff where very kind and helpful.
The cleaners do a great job and the receptionist Hoang was very welcoming and pleasant making you feel at home on arrival. I highly recommend for a stay 5stars...

Location of this hotel is out the way in a quiet area, a couple restaurants near by. We only used this hotel as a stop over before getting a train so was ideal for what we wanted and amazing value for money

Negative points: Facility was terrible. TV was broken, trash was not cleaned, used soap in shower room remained, towels seemed not clean. They didn't accept credit card, only cash or QR code process for Vietcom bank.

Review: Hotel is far from the center. If you like quite place . The room is beautiful but not cleaned properly. I found a drink left by someone before I arrived in the fridge and I found plastic bags in the cupboard . If you like quiet and peace, it’s a good place . Get away from the hustle and bustle of busy city . Marts and restaurants are 5-10 minutes away at walking distance .. overall it’s worth the price
Negative points:
I barely write bad reviews but the water in the shower drains slowly bathing with sandals is a safer option to avoid getting foot fungus.
I had to checkout in the morning because of an early flight and because this is a hotel you would think the reception operates 24hours so I had to checkout myself.
On top of that they do not accept card payments only cash so I could not get my change from the stay.

Positive points: The kindness of management to give a refund after first night stay.
Negative points: No hot water, AC was not working properly so room stayed too warm.

I didn't like the fact that although I had booked a room thought Booking.com, the hotel was closed when I arrived.
I didn't like the fact that no one answered the phone when I called.
I didn't like the fact that although I talked to two customer service reps at Booking.com about this issue, you are still asking me how I enjoyed my stay.
I didn't like that fact that I sat outside the hotel as it got dark for your customer service reps to contact me with a promised resolution, but was never contacted (except with emails about whether I stayed or not and how I liked my stay).
Review: The space is cool and clean, suitable for those who like quietness or business travelers. The spacious room is well-equipped with a wide balcony window overlooking the garden, which is very refreshing. The receptionist is very lovely and always provides enthusiastic and thoughtful support, a perfect 10 out of 10. Good service! I will return next time!

Positive points: Sunshine Garden is located in a top neighbourhood. The hotel is kept very clean and the rooms are pretty spacious and clean as well. Tri at the reception is an amazing person and a really good human being. Will definitely recommend staying in this hotel because we had a great experience.
