Review: Location, spacious enough, clean, good value for money. the facilities were great, the location was good. The layout was practical and made the space feel even larger.

The staff was very cooperative. Breakfast was good. A well managed property.

Excellent value for money
Positive points: Small hotel on a quiet street. Good facilities nearby - cafes, stores, banks and ATMs, laundry, large mall. The pub downstairs serves a rather decent breakfast. Reception is open 24 hours a day. Large bed and quite comfortable mattress
Negative points: The hotel and room look very tired. Housekeeping is daily but very mediocre. The windows face the wall of the neighboring hotel 2-3 meters away. Most of the staff doesn't speak English
Review: Issues with Ac, internet, location of room, disturbing traffic sound that wakes you in the morning.
Positive points: Pretty good hotel in the Korean sector of D7. Close to restaurants and facilities. Breakfast was good.
Review: Was a good stay. Mattress was a bit worn out in so need change. Bathroom door was jammed.
Positive points: Great place to stay. Staff were friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms. Location was perfect for where I needed to be.
Review: The area was smelly. No handwash in the bathroom. Was a wierd smell in the room
Positive points: Location was great and close to many things like bars, cafes and restaurants. Medical centre and malls were walking distance. Room was basic but comfy and daily cleaning was great. They also did a free laundry service for us.
Negative points: The room was missing a deep clean, drawers were bit dirty and shower curtain needed replacing.

Positive points: Very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Good location if you wish to avoid the downtown chaos.
Negative points: The bedroom door couldn’t close properly, and in the morning you can hear alarm clock of other rooms.

I read in reviews about great location but it’s not, it’s outside the touristic area so let’s say I booked excursion and i should go to their office for pick up even though they picked up all others just because they stay in normal touristic districts and I’m outside it.
All the main attractions, alive touristic areas were around 20 min by bike taxi, and it was a problem because let’s say in new year night i couldn’t go out because taxi didn’t came, a lot of traffic and demand.
The way from the airport by taxi car took me almost 2 hours in traffic jams.

Positive points: Lovely staff, very nice location, clean facility breakfast was good too. The room is big and have lot of space.
Review: Convenient located within many eateries. Well kept n clean.
Positive points: Don't know, they outbooked me. The walk to where I was sent to was only 5 minutes though.
Negative points: I was outbooked. Would have been wonderful to have known that before I arrived at the hotel. I worked in hospitality for about 6 and a half years and did have to outbook people. I know this is a failure of sales. They gamble that people won't turn up so they can charge a company for an occupied room. It's a disgustingly greedy practice. I have little option to score the hotel a 1 so that they know this practice is unacceptable.

Positive points: On site bar /restaurant has great food perfect avocado on toast in the mornings. ! Staff are helpful and friendly !
Negative points: Not sound proof but ok if you can handle the traffic noise and neighbour's
