Review: here for business trip, close to GO supermarket and some simple restaurant, close to district 7 where my customer factory is.
Positive points: Some parts of the room had been updated, staff were helpful.
Negative points: Other parts of the room were old ie wardrobe was falling apart. Bed was a little lumpy.

I have a little concern the shower slowly heating the water it takes a minutes maybe 5 to 10mins before heating 😅 but its ok👌

Review: Very helpful English Speaking counter Staffs and good house keeping. Except for the location, Overall is good and clean.
Positive points: Hotel looked very nice, my room was excellent. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They had a known restaurant on the first floor and a good ATM very close, that was very comfortable.
Negative points: The traffic outside was very bad and the location was not very good, there really was no where to walk, but very beautiful areas were a short ride away. Breakfast at this hotel was, the worst one I experienced in Vietnam.
Review: The staffs not able to communicate in English except only Vietnamese language. The house cleaning not functioning but need reminding. Front counter staffs are helpful so far find satisfying.
Positive points: The girl staff at the reception is very helpful.
Negative points: The location!! It’s too far from the city center. People around the hotel couldn’t speak basic English, so it’s very difficult to communicate with each other. Even the staff at the hotel couldn’t speak English. There is no tissue box in the room.

Positive points: Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive.
Negative points: There was no aircon in the hallway so it made it really hard to breathe.
Review: The room was not clean and breakfast most of the day only served simple noodles.

Review: this is an old hotel and without upgrading, the curtain BLIND WINDOW CURTAIN was badly damaged not able to raise up & down. I am paying the room with the breakfast however the breakfast only have fish cake noodles that all. How can they charge us?? room Wi-Fi cannot be connect even tell the receptionist "ah is it i am so sorry " that all ! TV program can switch on but not clear. Room are clean but the furniture was too old look ugly. if you don't mind as mention above you may stay over night closed eye and sleep. perhaps hotel management should do something or up grade the rooms. receptionist was very polite and speak well English.eventually all the hotel staff are fine.
Positive points: I wanted to visit SECC. The hotel is around 2.5 km from SECC. Staff was very helpful and went out of the way to help for check in, arrange vegetarian breakfast. They also helped to get Local sim, book local taxi and provide all information sought. They understood english exceptionallly well.
Negative points: The carpets can be more clean. Tea options in room can be added.
Positive points: nice, clean, friendly,professional!!!
