Positive points: The rooms were comfortable and clean and seem to have been updated relatively recently. The service was lovely.
Negative points: Not really any negatives but it was a bit too far away from district 1 for the frequent but cheap taxis that we had to take.
Review: My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and then went on a road trip. We had to go back to Ho Chi Minh so we decided to book at the River Park again. The staff were always smiling and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Good beds and they were happy to bring us extra pillows!! We really enjoyed our stay.
Positive points: Everything was great. The hotel was quite, very clean and the service was outstanding. I want to especially thank Fu (the receptionist) for accommodating our request to the keep the bags at reception while we wait for our night flight.
Negative points: Nothing

Positive points: The hotel location is excellent. It is centrally located with easy access to restaurants and the main shopping areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful.
