Review: This is the 4th time I have stayed here. Excellent location, a few minutes from hoan kiem lake.
Entire staff is extremely friendly plus an excellent breakfast.
Many stores and restaurants nearby.
I’m an American and the breakfast buffet contains many things we enjoy.

Positive points: The room was okay and the staff very nice... Jennifer was particularly helpful and pleasant.

Negative points: When we arrived at 1.30am we were taken to a lower graded hotel which was very disappointing... At that time in the morning we had no choice.. The breakfast was very poor... At 8 am they had run out of bread and fruit juice... Wouldn't recommend.

Positive points: Location

Negative points: Housekeeping did not even change the bathrobes though we left them in the basin.

The staff were not friendly and could be seen sleeping on the sofa. The doorman also does not greet the guests.

2 lights in the room were not working. Highlighted to the staff when we checked in but they remained unchanged till the day we checked out.

Air conditioning shut off by itself after running for about 5 minutes. This is frustrating so we opened the window for ventilation but as the room was facing the main road, the noise made sleeping almost impossible.

Positive points: The hotel was based in a great part of the city, walkable destinations like most of the museums and temples. A pretty part of the city with so many shops and good restaurants. The staff were so accommodating and made really good suggestions of where to eat and what to do, also offered to help us book buses and tours out of the city.

Positive points: Wonderful trip in Hanoi city with Hanoi Victor Gallery hotel. Our room was large – very clean and good facilities. Their location is great too close to many famous place as Walking streets, shops, night market, lake.
