Hanoi Impressive Hotel

Review: If you’re looking for a value for money hotel with super comfy rooms, search no more. This hotel located in the heart of Hanoi just behind the St. Joseph cathedral is walking distance to most of the tourist attractions and street food places but if you’re not too adventurous, fret not as the hotel literally has all kinds tour packages that can be arranged for guest both around Hanoi as well as all other tourist attractions all over Vietnam. The hospitality of the staff is exceptional as they really go above and beyond to help you make the best of your vacation!

Review: The hotel is now called Hanoi Capital Hotel. The location is near St Joseph Catholic Cathedral. We love this location as it is walking distance to Railroad street cafes, Hoàn Kiếm Lake, great eateries, and church.
The staff provided excellent service. They are very attentive to all
our needs and friendly too. Breakfast has cook to order eggs as well as fried rice, stir fry noodles, cooked veggies, yogurt and fresh fruits. The coffee was delicious.
I recommend requesting a room on higher floors as you will not hear street noise. We were in 203.

Review: The Impressive has two locations in the Old Quarter. The one I am used to is the one behind St Joseph's Cathedral, on Au Trieu St. I have stayed there several times pre-pandemic and once post-pandemic. The last time I stayed there I was unceremoniously moved, without my agreement, to the second location, which is much further away from the places I wanted to visit on my short overnight stay. I hope they improve their service and allow guests to stick with their choice of hotel.

Review: I booked this hotel on a recommendation. I also asked the hotel to send me a driver to pick me up from the airport.
Driver took me to another address, 40 Hang Dieu, another hotel property of the same chain apparently. Not happy! Not notified of change before I arrived.

Review: I have no idea what the hotel was like. I was sent to a second hotel across then picked up on a motorcycle and transferred to a 3rd, the Hanoi Exclusive which was a standard 2 star. It was good enough but I don’t take kindly to being shunted from hotel to hotel.

Review: The staff is warm, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast (ordered from menu) is tasty with good variety. Location is outstanding!!

Review: First trip to Hanoi. Looked onto reviews for impressive hotel hanoi and was not disappointed. Located walking distance to everything great about Hanoi. Excellent restaurants in the street & close by . The rooms were cost. Get one with a balcony that overlook the street, only an extra $20 or so, well worth it.
Staff , especially Nancy & James were exceptional hosts and more than happy to help with ANYTHING! If you're looking for a boutique hotel that's not expensive, not noisy and close to it all, choose this one.
