Review: - friendly and helpful staff
- fringe of old quarters so not exactly too noisy, yet short walk to the buzzing scenes
- use the pick up service at the airport, it is about USD 2 more than getting from known ride hailing platform, but if you are in Hanoi for first time, this would save a lot of trouble
- note extra 3% when paying by card at the hotel


Overall good stay, breakfast is basic but lots of cheap and good food around anyway.

Positive points: We were very satisfied with our stay. The staff did their utmost to ensure we have a nice time. As the hotel is not located on a Main Street it was relatively quiet (comparing to other places in Hanoi). Breakfast was nice and free water available. Can only recommend!

Review: Situated near the Old Quarters, the staff was very welcoming and would introduce you to places you could visit. They even prepared some breakfast for you when you had an early flight.

Positive points: The staff were always friendly and kind. Upon arrival we had welcome drinks and the local area explained to us with recommendations which was very appreciated. The room was perfect in size and cleanliness. The location was great for both the day time and evening. No noise heard in our room and comfy beds. Thank you :)

Review: To rate our overall stay, it is 4/5. We booked the penthouse, located in the 9th, and with a city view. The room is clean but not that spacious as I imagine. It is not a senior friendly room as we have to take the stairs for two floors because the elevator is upto 7th only. We like the location for it’s quietness, near the lake, good cafes in the area, and easy to have a grab car.

Positive points: The kindness of the staff is exceptional, the position of the hotel is great to sightseeing everything in the Old Quarter just by walking. There is also a bus station a 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is good.

Positive points: Great place to stay in Hanoi's old quarter. Our room was small but very comfortable, especially the bed. All of the staff were very friendly and breakfast was good too. We really liked staying there, easy walking to everything in the old quarter.

Location in the old town is excellent.
Breakfast is good although after five days it was still the same options.
Room decor is a restrained Vietnamese style with dark wood.
