Review: Best part of the hotel is the location. Subway station right at the entrance, COEX mall very close by and with many places within walking distance. Only issues to mention - room not very soundproof and got quite hot overnight if you don't leave the aircon running. Do note I did visit during Summer. Other than that - staff were nice , it was very clean and facilities are good. Also, had no issues with Wifi.
Positive points: Location is great. They helped keep our luggage for a few days as we went to Busan in between our stay. Housekeeping staff are always nice.
Negative points: Most staff at the front desk are ok. They’re helpful and polite. I just wish they could be warmer and try to go the extra mile for guests like me who have stayed at the property numerous times. I wish there is a local food restaurant option at the hotel.
Review: Stayed with my friend at Glad Gangnam for 5 nights, overall very satisfied. I locked my card in the room and got back at 2am there was still staffs at the reception can help. Location is super convenient, only 1 min walk to Line 2 Samseong station, Coex and Hyundai shopping mall are just across the road, about 12 mins walk to airport shuttle bus station. 1 stop to Sport Complex (Jamsil Stadiums), 19 mins from Seongsu.

Review: Good location for Gangnam but the staff was not so nice and gym is like 5 sqm size. But can’t complain!everything else was nice!

Review: This was very clean and our first stop after a 15 hour flight. It was exactly what we needed. We were able to relax and have all of the essentials. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed

Negative points: We arrived at the hotel late after a long two-hour cab ride from the airport. We were a family of four, including one senior and one toddler who had already fallen asleep in the car. I checked in first so that the rest of the family could settle into the two rooms we had booked. The driver was kind enough to load our luggage—a total of four suitcases, one stroller, and two carry-on bags—onto a cart at the entrance. However, when I tried to push the cart through the double doors to enter the hotel lobby, I found one of the doors was locked. This simple issue quickly escalated.rnrnThe hotel staff member who checked me in, Judy, kindly called for assistance and assured me that someone would be coming. After 10 minutes, a man approached, unlocked the door, and proceeded to speak to Judy in a manner that seemed quite annoyed. He even took the time to explain to her how to unlatch the door before pushing the luggage cart into the lobby and leaving without offering any further help. At that point, I was left wondering whether I was expected to handle the luggage alone.rnrnI turned to Judy for clarification, asking if the man would be returning to help with the luggage. She informed me that the man was the hotel’s engineer and explained that there were no staff available to assist with luggage since this was a 3-star hotel. While I understand that certain services may not be standard at every level of hotel, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service in this instance. There were two male staff members standing behind the desk who did not offer any assistance either.rnrnJudy, to her credit, helped me push the cart to the 6th floor and stayed with me as I moved the luggage to the rooms. But I couldn't help but feel that the lack of support from other staff members and the dismissive attitude from the engineer were indicative of a deeper cultural norm that I was unfamiliar with. I think the star rating on Booking.com is not accurate.
Review: 在江南区域活动的话，这个酒店位置特别好，门口就是地铁口，离哪里都近，离明洞地铁半个小时吧，酒店的工作人员都很有耐心，我是靠翻译软件和一点点蹩脚的英语，让前台帮忙预定了出租车去机场，都很顺利，很感谢

Review: Front staff speaks English well but there is a clear bias towards locals. Front staff will ignore the foreigners lining up to check out and prioritize korean speaking guests. nnCleaning staff were great though.

Positive points: Staff was very kind, great location, clean and cozy room. Pillows were not that comfortable though and just beside hotel there was major road construction luckily it was Chuseok public holidays so thankfully it was quite and no noise
