Review: Not worth the money.nnHotel is super dirty. Staffs are too old and does not match with standard hotel worker.

Review: Despite all the negative facts, eg, noisy substandard amenities and being a mix of a hotel rooms and offices the staff is too inconsiderate. 15 minutes before the check out time, they will knock on the door and politely force you out saying checkout time .

Review: We never stay for free. But service so bad. And dont have staff don have attitude. Hotel only 1/2 star but pretend like 5 stars hotel. And aircon look like 80’s old aircon. Never book this hotel anymore

Review: Suppose to stay at this hotel for Hanoi Marathon, but finally the hotel owner told us no more room available, and arrange nearby “zero star” poor hostel to us. nWe immediately book a new hotel Du Parc Hanoi for surviving us. nReally unpleasant experience and they don’t understand English.
