Positive points: Location, staff and comfort. They speak English, very polite staff and accommodating. They allow late check out and have our luggage store while we waited for our transportation pick up to the hotel. Good breakfast.

Negative points: There was a construction and drilling when we arrive but it was okay since it’s only after 5pm they’re off. The bath tub at first didn’t have rubber anti slip mat. But they place right away when we requested.

Review: Whenever I go on business trips or vacations, I always choose Bảo Sơn. The surrounding amenities are bustling, convenient for travel, and there are many entertainment options! The staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean. I've been loyal since 2022, so I'm very satisfied!

Review: The hotel is clean and beautiful, with a convenient location and friendly staff! One drawback is the shower head is too weak the hot water is strong, but the cold water is too weak, which made me wait a long time and felt a bit disappointed for a 4-star hotel!

Positive points: convenient location, spacious room. despite Tet holiday, 24/7 service was convenient for late flight.

Negative points: the AC is rather old so quite loud noise. non the first day we check in, the room key was broken but staff have arranged swap room.

Review: Our room was clean, but during our first breakfast, a cockroach landed on my plate. That was the only time it happened, thankfully. The breakfast was sumptuous, there was a lot to choose from, and they had a varied menu from day to day. The place is within walking distance from many establishments, even a park. All in all an OK experience.

Review: - Disadvantages: old hotel, some things are a bit rusty and worn down, breakfast has few options but is quite tastyn- Advantages: spacious and clean room although a bit old, has an electronic toilet, has a year-round pool suitable for winter, convenient location next to Vincom mall, bakery, restaurants, and Hong Lam store for buying gifts

Review: The domestic hotel has very good hygiene, creating a clean and impressive atmosphere. The customer service is excellent, with polite and courteous staff who are also very caring, dynamic, enthusiastic, and attentive. The experience at Trang An is truly refined and lovely!!!
