Positive points: clean and quite

Positive points: I received a friendly welcome when I got to the hotel. They offered me a choice of rooms to suit my request and stored my bag for me until the room I would like was ready.

My room was very comfortable, spacious and immaculately clean. I liked the view over the city and the fact that it was bright with big windows. There was even space for a comfortable armchair and little table. All of the furniture and fittings were in good condition. The air conditioning and fridge worked well and were quiet.

The location was good because it was on a small street, outside the busy centre. This location suited me because I could walk easily to the beach within 10 minutes. There are also plenty of local eateries and convenient shops nearby. There is a fruit and vegetable market about five minutes' walk away. Even closer, there are a couple of nice bakeries for bread or cakes.

Thank you very much to all the team for your hard work in creating a nice and easy place to stay. I would recommend it.

Positive points: Great location. Near enough to Danang beaches to walk easily, but back from the high rises down a small street, so quiet and with cheap food options. Only a 20 minute walk back along the main road to the Dragon Bridge and Night Market. 15 minute walk south along the beach front to surfboard rental. The small fridge in the room is handy if you want cold drinks. Staff friendly and welcoming. Laundry possible at the hotel for a fee. Room had both a fan and an air conditioner, which is good, if like me, you want a break from cold, cold air! Shampoo and conditioner provided in little pump bottles - less plastic! Walking to the beach each day was great. Super swimming and fun vibe.

Positive points: was by far one of the best places on my travel around the world. very clean. Every day they cleaned the room. The hosts where super nice and the location was also very good. the bathroom was clean with hot water. and you really have a tv with some super nice english speaking channels. Would definitely come back. Also it's possible to rent scooters for very good prices

Review: Our only issue was the mattresses were rock hard. Very very uncomfortable.

Positive points: Good location, big room, big bed, aircon, fan, shelf, tv, phone, fridge, everyday cleaning room, have kitchen, family atmosphere, very good, kind personal. Inside the fridge have food and water, but not for free

Review: We arrived to be told they don't use Agoda and that they had no rooms available depsite being charged for the stay. Extremely disappointing.

Positive points: First of all I will say I want to give 12 for the cleanliness, not only my room, everywhere I see in this hotel is so clean, the couple which also the owner are so nice and kind to help me anything I needed, this is the best place so far for all the hotels I been staying which booked through Booking.com site. I will strongly recommend to anyone should stay here if you travel to Da Nang.
