Positive points: Really good maintained clean, secure apartment. Value for money. Highly recommend. Nice location. Nearby beach. Locals are nice to talk to. I extended my stay for one more day to stay here and explore city. Came here on middle of my vietnam trip and used this opportunity to do laundry and refreshed myself.

Review: Booked for 2 nights. Only stayed 1 because of the state of the room & hotel. Equivalent to a 2 star hotel. There are better, newer hotels in Da Nang to stay. We ended up booking the Nalod on the beach front and having a far better experience

Positive points: The staff is extremly helpful and very kind. They even gave us a microwave for the room.
The room was quiet, altough the hotel is on a main street located. Location is good: It is a 10 minutes walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and coffee places around in the area. The apartment had 2 rooms and was spacious. Fridge as helpful. It was very clean and affordable. Can recommend it for a few days.

The drying room was awesome.
The pool was excellent.
The location was really quite central. Dragon Bridge to the west and the beach to the east.
Housekeeping were really good. Came and made up the apartment every day.

Review: The hotel has a convenient location near the Dragon Bridge and the beach. The rooms are spacious, airy, clean, and fully equipped with kitchen amenities, such as pans, pots, a microwave, and a washing machine. The staff always greet you with a smile, provide thoughtful assistance, and arrange motorbikes quickly upon request. I will return here with my family on our next visit.

Review: Good location, just a few minutes' walk to the Dragon Bridge and beach, close to the center. The room is large and clean. High-speed wifi. The staff were excellent and helpful. We will come back next time.

Positive points: Walking distance to the beach but in the middle of town. A quick taxi ride and you are over the bridge to the city
