8.0 Big Hotel with Excellent Facilities - Charles 08-05-2024

Positive points: The main attractions for this hotel are the facilities--big pool, excellent fitness center, but also large spa, night club and small casino. I got an upgraded room so the size was fine and it was adequate in every way, but just a bit bland and without any personality. The location is not interesting for tourists and walking around was not all that great due to the heavy traffic in the area.

Negative points: The room could have been made a bit more attractive. The neighborhood isn't conducive for walking.

Positive points: Very friendly staff, buffet breakfast spread was quite good. I liked the pho and the coffee.. Easy access to the little casino at the ground floor.

Negative points: Smoking inside the casino.

Positive points: Breakfast in Exec lounge was closed. Breakfast area completely packed and had to wait forever for a table.

Negative points: I booked a room with exec lounge access but it was closed. had to sit in the lobby and order from tiny menu. Food arrived cold and mushy. Not Happy at all. rate should have been lowered to just a regular room
