Positive points: I used to book this place everytime I travel to Hanoi and this time, the hotel sent me the email to ask what time I arrived becuase my room has Early Check-in and Late Check-out. They asked me the time I arrive so I can check-in early, I answered them that I might come around 11-11:30, then they said ok. When I arrived closely 12PM and they made me wait for 1 hr 45 mins, then I came to show the receptionist about their email and my booking’s detail and this was her answer to the the guest: “We just asked, so if you come early and we have room, we will check you in, or you have to wait to 2PM for regular check-in time. You know it is FREE right? So if we have room you will have a room early without paying extra for the 2hrs check-in early. You Know” and I was like “So why you guys sent me the message to ask the time?” And her answered ending “Neh, I dont know. I cannot help you with that” without any apology, this is the first time I see service like this. So, last time and no more. You lost a customer like me, every year I spent almost 200mil vnd for booking here for my family to stay in Hanoi, and since they change the name and owner it was so terrible. Also, the toilet is always clogged and water is so slow. AC in the room is tempory fix with tape over it on 6th floor. Very noisy lobby due to the coffee shop right at the lobby and it was hard to invite guest to come and greeting at the lobby sofa. No more for this place

Positive points: The room I booked didn’t match the room I was given (no balcony, it was very dark with very little natural light). When I inquired about this, the staff were unable to help me resolve anything. nnThe shower made a huge mess every time you used it because of the lack of shower walls. The bed was very hard and I didn’t get a good nights sleep at all (uncomfortable). The hotel was in a small (but safe feeling) alley, so you had to walk a little bit with your luggage to and from the main road.

Positive points: Super clean and comfortable. Good location. Right next to the famous temple. Most importantly the staff was sooooo kind and friendly.

Positive points: Out of noisy street and feels very peaceful. Great and nice rest, with large windows and very comfortable, room was very clean and big. Staffs very friendly and helpful too, we got CNY Ang Pau from the hotel, really surprising and touching.. thank you so much for the warming hearts feel.

Review: Khách sạn sạch, mới, nhân viên tuyệt vời., gần Lăng Bác, Văn Miếu, thich hợp cho người đi du lịch. Tuy nhiên, Ks nằm trong ngõ xe hơi không vào được nên hơi bất tiện và hơi buồn.

Positive points: Wonderful, clean new hotel. It’s within walking distance of everything, but far enough away to avoid the noise in the chaos. The staff were friendly, hospitable and welcoming. Trà, one of the two receptionists, was was especially helpful when helping us make booking/tour arrangements and answering our many questions. She even helped us arrange transportationwithin Vietnam. There was a doorman always present and the hotel felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this location to others.

Review: Chúng tôi rất ấn tượng với khách sạn này. Chúng tôi đã có một căn hộ rất rộng rãi và thoải mái, được trang trí đẹp mắt và sạch sẽ không tì vết. Giá cả rất hợp lý. Nhân viên ở đây rất chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện và hữu ích. Chúng tôi đặc biệt thích dịch vụ do ông John và bà Julia cung cấp. Quán cà phê nhỏ trong khách sạn thật dễ thương và phục vụ trà, cà phê, bánh ngọt và bữa sáng rất ngon. Địa điểm của khách sạn rất tuyệt - nằm trong một con hẻm yên tĩnh và chỉ cách Văn Miếu một quãng đi bộ rất ngắn. Rất khuyến nghị nơi này nếu bạn đến thăm Hà Nội.
