Positive points: Nothing, this was a total case of using photos of other properties to sell their own - nowhere near West Lake which is where we wanted to stay

Negative points: The whole experience, the bed was so uncomfortable, we paid more for a balcony upgrade to overlook the lake - there was no view of the lake at all and the balcony was able to hold myself and partner standing, no room to sit there not that you would want to - no elevator, so luggage had to be hauled up 2 flights of stairs - totally disappointing stay

Review: The standard room has no windows, I believe this is something that should be mentioned and also there were a lot of ants in the place, all over the bed and the chair, they need to fumigate the place.

Review: The whole group went to a wedding at Sheraton, unexpectedly the location was so close. The staff were very enthusiastic even though it's rare to meet face to face, it felt like being at home :)). Very good

Review: It's ideal if you are simply enjoying the city but NO.... The internet connection is bad... I was unhappy the entire time. People talked loudly as well (which should have been fine) but the thin walls made working impossible.
