Review: My friends and I met up in the capital city, Hanoi, without any plans. I booked a room at Wild Lotus for 2 nights and was very satisfied with the service here. The lake view is super refreshing, the rooms are well-equipped and clean. The staff is very enthusiastic.

Positive points: A very stately and comfortable room. Also, the staff were very kind, packing a lunch for me (because I'd missed breakfast), and letting me stay in the lobby until it was time to check in to my next place!

Positive points: Spacious room with panoramic view. Bathroom facilities in good condition. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value. Breakfast (included) had many options. The 7 Bridges brew pub next door has good beer and a nice vibe for those missing the US. The sticky rice breakfast choice is a winner. Neighborhood is where many ex pats live but also away from the tourist quarter.

Review: Very cute hotel and helpful staff for the value. nnA bit far from the main lake and is next to a pub so if you're sensitive with noise it might be a problem. nBut ear plugs were enough for the noise level. nnStaff is very helpful and instructions are very clear. nFull of hospitality. nIf you are a budget traveler like us for this weekend I totally recommend this one. nNote that they have a gym but it wasn't operating at the time we were there.

Positive points: The hotel was truly an ideal choice for our vacation. The rooms were very specious and comfortable for my mother-in-law & for us. The space around the hotel is very bustling. The panoramic view of the lake was beautiful. nEvery member of staff went above and beyond ensuring our stay was the best. Hoang Ann, the front desk staff arranged our round trip transportation from hotel to Ha Long bay which was cheaper than ordering through the cruise ship.

Positive points: Very welcoming staff who go above and beyond to help you. Comfortable and spacious room, and copious breakfast! The hotel is in a less touristy area, away from the noise, but the neighborhood still has plenty to offer: monuments, shops, restaurants, massage places...

Positive points: The room is very large and located in Tay Ho which is a great location. Giang was a fantastic member of the hotel’s staff and very lovely and capable. She remained professional at all times and very skilled. All staff were lovely.
