EDEN HOI AN VILLAS

Positive points: The property was under renovation when we stayed. That said it is a beautiful property. Exactly as pictured and so quiet away from the main old town. A 'grab' only costs about USD$1, and the view, atmosphere etc were to die for. The host is so accomodating and nothing is too much trouble. We had laundry done whilst staying and the same day service is impressive.

Review: Everything is wonderful and comfortable, the staff is friendly, it feels like home.

Positive points: Worker were very helpful and kind! Helped me adjust and order food on the first day because I didn't have any idea of what food was good in vietnam ( yep just took a plane and got there no research) ~ I really appreciated the time here. Room was spacious and cleaned everyday :) free bicycle was really great to use ( until my under exercised self couldnt xD ) and they also have bike for rent ( but I am too scared to drive a bike ahah) put some pic I took before leaving because there is now tree in front of the balcony so the view is a little different but still bery beautiful ~ ( had all my stuff on the bed so I couldnt bear to take one of the bed xD

Review: Beautiful villa in rice fields, close to town with pool and free bycicles. The owners are very nice.

Positive points: It's truly a great place to rest. Everything here is great from the view, the swimming pool and the staff here are really enthusiastic, they are very enthusiastic because they helped us a lot. Not too far from the city center and the beach, only 10 minutes by bike and Grab price is also very cheap. In general, everything was beyond expectations

Review: We loved the location in the middle of paddy field , away from street traffic..W could hear the roosters in morning, very quaint, and quiet but still easy distance to restaurants and coffee shops . Nice walk for bicycle ride to beach or City Center. Rooms were big, clean (no moldy smell). The rooms were cleaned daily, fresh linens and towels.The staff was just so sweet and helpful.

Positive points: The room was spacious. The guy that works here ( fixed the TV) was very nice and helpful, though he couldn’t get the tv working but he tried really hard. Without his nice behaviour the place would have been very money minded and fake.

Review: There are a lot of Exceptional reviews on agoda for this property. However, the reality is that this is a very average property!

Everything in the room is of just average quality, expect a few things to not work. Example- the toilet jet was leaking in our room, the other room had no stand for the jet, so it had to lie on the floor.

Bathing area with the bathtub is difficult to use ( height of the bathtub is quite high). Made it very inconvenient to get in and out.

Cleanliness is just ok, there was dust on a lot of things when we checked in.

There is no phone in the room, you need to contact the guy at the reception via whatsapp. Service and his response was very quick though.

The breakfast was tasty, and well made.
The location of the Villa is good, it is only around 1.4 km from the old town. They give free cycles like all the other hotels in hoi an, the quality of the cycles again was just average.

The hotel is surrounded by rice fields, which is good.

All in all, remember it is an average hotel, so you can stay here if you are on a tight budget, else there are much better properties in this price in Hoi an.

Positive points: It was in a lovely quiet area, almost rice paddies not far from Old town. Had bicycles if wanted to ride to town or not far with a grab on a $2.
Rooms were very large and bright, great showers and comfortable beds.
Staff are amazing 🤩, Quyen and Luna are just beautiful and Quyen went above and beyond to help us with any thing from breakfast to arranging tickets and tours. We would definitely come back to this hotel, we even had the owner cook us breakfast and had a chat to us. This hotel offers a personal touch which is very hard to find in any country 😊.

Review: got everything you need. In a quiete location but still close to the centre. The bicycles provided make exploring Hoi An and surrounding area easy and fun. The hotel breakfast was very good. A choice of eggs and a wide selection of fruits with tea and coffe. Our host was very accommodating and helped us with recommendations and booking excursions. Would definitely stay here again!

Review: Great service, the owner Rose was extremely welcoming! Great quiet hotel with a nice small pool. Situated in the paddy fields and about ten minutes from the old town! Excellent stay!

Positive points: Good equipment and a peaceful hotel, just 1 km away from town. We had free bike rentals, and the lady at the reception was really nice and helpful during our stay
