Eco Lux Riverside Hotel & Spa

Review: Pleasant and memorable stay. The staff is very helpful with exceptional service. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was filling and delicious, so many options. Would love to visit again.

Review: Best staff and services. We stayed in the top suite and this was perfect with a beautiful view of the river. Hoi An is a very romantic place and we had such a good time, hired a motor bike, walked the streets, bought some tailored clothes. Great place for a few days!

Positive points: The property is located about 10 mins away from the ancient town. It is quaint and tasteful. Rooms had most of the basic amenities we needed. Most of the staff were kind and well behaved. We had booked 3 rooms including a honeymoon suite. They all had balconies with a beautiful view of the river.

Review: Cons: Hotel not on the main road, driver had to find the tiny path to go in. The room upon check in had a musky odor. AC remote wasn't working properly. Bird shit on the balcony not cleaned despite staying there 2 nights. Hair on bed found during check in. Obstructed view of the river. Most Staff don't speak basic English.

Pros: Budget friendly. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Positive points: Lily as the welcomer did a great job. It was next to the rice paddy which gave it a lovely outlook. Spa staff were very busy on their phones which tarnished a great stay.

Review: Triple room is not as comfortable as double room, less spacious.
There is a foul smell in the shower room.
No standing shower area, but only bath tub with a strange design. Gonna climb with 2 steps to the bath tub, quite dangerous as it’s slippery when wet.

Positive points: Hotel very poor . Pool inside the hotel. We felt that all the reviews were done by politeness as staff was nice and kept asking if we rate hotel 10 out of 10 which is wrong 😑

Review: If you like quiet and remote area, probably this is the right place. There are nothing nearby, no convenience shops. Must go by “grab” to old town. Some grab drivers refused to drive in, saw some guests walked to the hotel from the main road with luggages.

The view of the river from our room was stunning, and the hotel’s location is ideal for exploring both the ancient town and the beach. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Highly recommend!
