Gateway Inn Hoi An Villa

Positive points: Very friendly and helpful

Positive points: The property was very spacious for our large family - 5 adults and 3 children. We had 5 days visiting recently and loved every minute. The apartment is split into 3 levels and we had one family on the top level and another on the middle. Enough king size beds for each of us. The beds were very comfortable. Each room had air conditioning. Beautiful view out to a rice paddy. The pool was a welcome respite in the morning and afternoon to get out of the heat and relax.
A lovely lady came each morning to cook us breakfast which was a real luxury for the adults and children. She always cooked something delicious and fresh fruit available.
We enjoyed the bike ride with the free bikes to visit Hoi An Old town each morning. Otherwise a Grab was cheap to be dropped into town.
Nana was very easy to talk to and organised much of our transport and activities to Ba Na Hills.

Positive points: On arrival we had 2 lovely ladies waiting for us. Book in was easy and all questions answered. A welcome basket of goodies was left for us to enjoy. This villa is massive with 3 levels, 6 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, kitchen with ample plates, cups, utensils and cooking equipment. Several sitting areas and outside areas. The pool was clean and a bonus after a hot day out. First night there was a storm and the power went out for several hours. The kind gentleman next door brought over torches and candles and made sure we were ok. One of the ladies came back bringing rain jackets and checked that we were ok. The Villa had push bikes that we could use. Location was within walking distance to markets, restaurants and shops that sold basics. A short drive by Grab and we were in the centre of Hoian. This Villa has so much to offer and so worth a visit. We all agree that we should have stayed longer and would definitely stay again.

Positive points: the size of the house with a clean swimming pool. All aircons water heater all in good condition. Miss Ha was friendly n helpful for our requests.

Positive points: Loved the amenities, location, staff, decor, breakfast - villa is so homey and perfect for our large group. Ha and her team were responsive, kind, and so hospitable! The weather was very hot and humid at the time and each room having its own AC unit was our favorite and most used amenity. It's so close to everything and we were so happy we made the choice to stay there. The decor was so cute too!

Positive points: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gateway Inn Villa Hoi An andi have to say, it was one of the best experiences i’ve had i a villa. From the moment i arrived, the staff were so welcoming and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The villa itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful traditional decor and modern amenities. The private pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Hoi An. The villa is also conveniently located close to the Old Town (2km), making it easy to explore the area.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. The food was delicious and the staff were so accommodating, ensuring that all my dietary requirements were met.

Overall, I couldn't recommend Gateway enough. The staff were amazing, the villa was beautiful, and the location was perfect. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Hoi An!

Positive points: I like my stay here, its very big villa with huge rooms, good for my family to enjoy. We traveled with my Mom & Dad and they have 1 room downstairs which is very easy for them to stay. Nice views to the rice field, pool and lake. Pool is big and have one for kids also. We all like their breakfast a lot. What a pity we can only stay for 1 night as they all sold out for other guests.
