Review: Big room, clean, lots of light. Super kind owner, helps in everything you need
Positive points: The room was nice, clean and big. We were on the highest floor. There was a nice cleaning lady (but couldn’t speak one English word).
Negative points: The room didn’t get cold. After 12 hours full speed of the air conditioning it was still too hot for us. The pool had algae, so there was not enough chlorine in it. The host wasn’t very friendly and we just spoke on the phone and never saw her. She didn’t answer to our messages.
Review: We arrived at the homestay but nobody was there. We had to call the person who told us they didn't have any room available. They should have told us sooner!! So we had to go to their hotel closer to the old town. The room was okay. However, the swimming pool was extremely dirty. It is clear that they never clean it. To end your stay, you will be woken up by some very very loud construction noise coming from next door at 7 am.

The couple who manage this hotel they we're nice the place is clean bed is comfy and spacious with balcony and swimming pool
The only downside is kids shouting in the morning although it's okay when it's not too early in the morning.
Negative points: building construction 20 meters from the hotel. We went into the room, opened the window and 10 workers at the same height were looking at us. The owners changed our room to the other side, but it did not have a TV and a sofa, like the one we booked. The hostess said that you can use the TV and work desk in the lobby. but in fact, the owners’ children are constantly watching TV in the lobby. It turned out that the owner’s family with 3 children lives in the next room, at 7 am the children wake up, scream, parents scream at the children, in general you can’t sleep. There is no cafe nearby and we were not offered breakfast. At first we were allowed to use the kitchen, but after we bought groceries and cooked breakfast twice, they said that the kitchen was not included and if we wanted to use it further, we had to pay an additional fee of 50,000 vnd for each time. We paid for 4 nights, left after 3. far from everything, accessible only by motorbike or bicycle.
Review: Host is nice and room is very clean. Located deep inside alleys a little hard to find.
Positive points: The room is very spacious, good internet to work, private space and there’s a swimming pool
Negative points: The room wasn’t so tidy when I arrived. They don’t pay so much attention to details
Review:
The location is a bit difficult to find but very peaceful and quietly, its great to retreat. The facility is new and comfortable, the room size is very large with sofa, big window with cool wind and sunshine. Price is reasonable even in big holiday and renting bike price is cheap.
I feel so nice staying here, will come back next time.
Positive points: The room facing the back with a nice balcony with views of the fields.You need a motorbike staying here coz it is quite long walk from the ancient town
Review: Room was really clean and new. Family was friendly and helpful. Villa was located on small road so there was no traffic noise.
Positive points: Lovely host who was very communicative. Also you can rent a scooter which helped. It was a good location, 5 minutes from the centre by scooter.
Negative points:
Few issues, all easily fixable. 1) Ants in the room. 2) blood on the sheets (we told Moon and she changed the sheets straight away). 3) temperamental shower for hot water. 4) pool is green it is so dirty. 5) hair dryer and kettle supplied were broken/faulty.
If these issues were all fixed then would be a 10!
Review: Phòng rất rộng, có ban công, đầy đủ tiện nghi, tủ lạnh lớn, sạch sẽ, phía dưới có cả hồ bơi và khu bếp. Nằm tách biệt trong khu yên tỉnh, cách trung tâm phố cổ không quá xa
Positive points: Just 1km away from the town
Review: Tôi vẫn cho họ 5 điểm, vì tôi hiểu tính chất công việc. Nhưng họ cần xem xét lại nhân viên điều phối của họ. Hoặc là ai đó khi tôi gọi hỏi vị trí rất khó tìm của họ khi xem trên maps. Họ đã rất cộc cằng va không thân thiện. Thậm chí còn chat với tôi trên hệ thống thật no good. Bỏ qua nếu người chat là boss ở đó nếu thật sự vậy. Có lẽ tôi sẽ không bao giờ ở đây mặc dù tôi thích không khí quanh khu vực đó.
Positive points: Very friendly personel, decent size and clean room, comfortable bed - all goodie!
Negative points: It was the the weather that wasn't any good😭
