Review: There is a double room and a family room in Book 1 at a very reasonable price. The rooms are clean and airy. The spacious room has a kitchen for cooking noodles, which is very convenient.

Honestly, the room was even better than the pictures when we checked in. The swimming pool is also clean and beautiful. We all went swimming every day during our 3-night stay, and it was very relaxing in the evening. The room is equipped with towels and beach towels, which is very convenient for guests.

Overall, this is a place I will come back to many times when I visit Da Nang. The price is very affordable, and I would rate this place even better than a 4-star hotel that costs around 100k more.

Positive points: - The room was comfortable, I liked the spacious bathroom and bedroom, comfortable bed and relaxing chair.
- They were fine with an early check-in, which was very helpful!
- The rooftop pool area was a very cool spot with panoramic view over the city.
- The area is close to the beach, more quiet and walkable than many others in Da Nang, and there's a convenience store in the same street.

Review: My stay was generally VERY SATISFACTORY. The residence is small but is provides the visitor with the feeling of conviviality that only a family atmosphere can provide. I am ever so grateful to Miss Uyen, who helped me with every aspect of my stay, right from where to eat to what to visit in Da Nang to how to make my trip arrangements outside of Da Nang.

Positive points: Location, very sweet staff, cleanliness, swimming pool, being provided with all the utilities and care by the staff.

Review: Location was ok, was good for beach access but limited restaurant options if you don’t like seafood. We ended up down the other end of Danang one evening near the beach and there seemed to be a lot more variety and options of restaurants. Pool was lovely. It feels a bit dusty, especially when you lay on your bed and see the dirt from your feet on the bed. Staff were friendly and helpful but limited English.

Positive points: Loved our stay here so much we extended for an extra week! And would happily return if we’re ever in Da Nang again. The fully self contained apartment (deluxe double room with sea view - rm505) had a washing machine and cooking facilities along with a fridge freezer and balcony so had everything we needed for a little break from travelling. The bed and pillows were probably the comfiest we’ve had in SE Asia! The shower pressure was excellent and it was fully enclosed so no flooded bathroom room floor! We appreciated the additional towels for the pool too. The rooftop pool was a welcome relief from the soaring heat!
Our door lock battery needed to be changed and this was sorted very promptly when we reported to reception - all staff were super friendly and polite.
Moonmilk supermarket round the corner is perfect for groceries, pasta, freshly baked (not sweet) bread and other essentials. And shout out to An’s Cafe for lunch and salted coffee

Review: The staff doesn't speak English but there is no problem using Google Translate.

Before you make a booking - be informed that the Sea view is only visible from the 5th floor. On the other floors, you only see a corner of it. So, technically, it is not false advertising.

The hotel is based in between 2 tall buildings and there is another almost the same height building infront - no privacy and no view.

Also, there is a bar next doors. The music blasts all night and you will hear it in the room quite clearly.

The hotel is a bit old and some surfaces have not been cleaned (some towels and linen have holes in it as well) but in general it is a clean place.

It is quite close to be beach.

Positive points: The room is really spacius. Swimming pool area is clean and open all the time and it's close to the beach.
The greenery in front of the hotel looks fresh and welcoming.

Review: One block back from the beach. Plenty of places to eat. The pool was great. The staff excellent, we needed to use google translate as their English is limited.

Positive points: The position in a lovely quiet street 2 streets back from the most beautiful white sand beach and many food options very close by . A couple of small supermarkets just around the corner and many vendors on the sea front .
A perfect position, and a very roomy apartment with great sea views ( we were on 5th floor) . Lovingly attended magnificent gardens at the entrance to the residence were an extra bonus as were the smiling staff at reception.
This bed was huge and comfortable and the bathroom large and functional . Having 2 big fat comfy chairs and a small dining table, made for a very comfortable 7 day stay . House keeping lady was very friendly and cleaned our apartment daily, to a very high standard . The rooftop pool was also beautifully maintained with amazing views .

Review: This is a great place to stay, I visited here during the April 30th holiday last year. It's close to the beach and convenient to get to other places. I will come back this year.
