Review: i chose pay by card, but the property asked me to transfer money directly.nnnthe staff were extremely rude, knocking on my door at 10:30am for the room, disregarding Agoda policynnthe room doesn't have heater, only cold air conditioner nnnthe bathroom door was broken, exposing the bathroom to the main roomnnthe staff were rude when i requested a changed roomnnthe room doesn't have noise insulation, extremely noisy, i couldn't sleep

Review: The staff is very enthusiastic, the location is beautiful, right on the main street, convenient for transportation, the room is spacious, neatly arranged, and there is a delicious milk tea shop on the first floor. nThe floor still has many stains, the blanket has footprints (not washed thoroughly), and the towels are old and torn.

Review: A place with a good location on the street. For those who want to exercise, it's recommended to rent the Corona house because there is no elevator, so you will have to climb the stairs!! Rating 7/10.

Positive points: Khách sạn ở ngay trung tâm Hà Nội và ngay trục đường chính nên di chuyển đi các nơi rất thuận lợi. Mình thích phong cách trang trí của phòng ở đây, đơn giản nhưng có đầy đủ tất cả các cơ tiện nghi vật chất để sinh hoạt.

Positive points: Phòng không quá to nhưng đầy đủ tiện nghi, sạch sẽ gọn gàng, di chuyển khá là thuận tiện. Tuy nhiên không có thang máy nhưng vẫn khá tốt, nhân viên nhiệt tình nhẹ nhàng
