Positive points: Really enjoyed our stay at An Suites in Hanoi! It’s in a safe, quiet spot tucked behind a small shop, just steps from the Temple of Literature. The Old Quarter is about a 30-minute walk away, which made exploring super easy. Cozy place, great location.nThre are some noises at night that sound like a generator or washing machine which was frustrating. Apart from that, a good stay.

Positive points: Nice all around. Clean, comfortable, spacious with all facilities you need.

Negative points: Very noisy in apartments that have street views. Doors do not close off completely, it's a loose fit so all the noise just enters the apartment.

Positive points: It was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. Bed was so lovely and comfy! The kitchen was nice to have but didn’t have a ton of equipment, we were able to message the owner though and they brought us some missing pieces. Got fresh towels everyday too!

Negative points: Bit far from old quarter, but we walked everyday through lovely neighbourhoods - about 30 mins

Positive points: The location is nearby the city center. The owner is nice and helpful.

Negative points: I had to change rooms because the first one was much smaller than it looked in the pictures and had issues with the bathroom. The bathroom was very tiny (the shower was literally on top of the toilet), water leaked everywhere, and the open drainage caused a strong, unpleasant smell. After waiting three days, I moved to a second apartment, which was better, but the first placedefinitely needs improvement. In total, I stayed for a week.

Positive points: Great apartment clean and well-maintained complete amenities for a very decent price. We stayed in a 2-bedroom for 2 weeks and had no problem at all. We can cook and do laundry, iron, really everything you can do in an apartment. Host was very helpful and responsive. We had a good time and there's nothing to complain about.

Negative points: Location is outside of Old Quarter, so you need to take a taxi or rideshare to get to where most touristy stuff are. But rideshare is incredibly cheap at around $1.50 per ride, and it's a short 10-15 min ride, so I don't think it's a big issue.
