Review: As a group, we preferred staying in the old quarter. So location is not preferred for us. Although it is still convenient. Its is used mostly by Japanese business travellers. So the basics are sorted.

Review: The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. It's new and clean, but the room size is small. A guest who is 1.8m tall almost touches the ceiling :(((

Positive points: Exceptionally nice ahd helpful staff. Many room choices. I had to keep extending my stay and lived in 3 different room types, including apartments, which are not advertised. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Hi quality well prepared dishes. The Spa is amazing. Used it almost every day.

Review: First off, location is nice, breakfast is great... room is nice. modern and very clean. The only downside is security staff is not helpful helping to find parking for a larger size vehicle. In fact, the price he quoted us is actually higher than what we found at the same place. Staff also kept harassing our driver for parking in front of the lobby for a few minutes while waiting for the group to come down while at the same time, a few cars with local license plate park there for hours without getting the same treatment! Good hotel but security staff needs to be educated better and treated everyone equally.

Review: I booked the hotel just 3 hours before my arrival and my flight was late. But the hotel can still arrange a driver to pick you up at the airport. The room is clean and new, the staff is friendly, enthusiastic and honest. I forgot my phone when checking out. The staff found the phone number themselves and proactively contacted them to return it. Thank you guys.
