Review: If you’re looking for somewhere cheap to stay for a night or two then this place will be fine however we felt it didn’t quite live up to the online images and we encountered a couple of issues. nnInstructions were unclear for checking in eg. the location, how to find the apartment and how to get the key. When we got in, the wifi (which is listed as a key feature) did not work and when I contacted them about this, the communication wasn’t great when trying to sort this. Someone did come round and sort this eventually though. nnThe apartment felt dirty - particularly the kitchen and bathroom. There was no cutlery and no mugs!nIt was great to have a washing machine but would been good if there was a dryer function or atleast a rack in which to hang clothes. nnWe came back very late one night (as it was New Year’s Eve) and the shutters were down on the entry to the apartments! You are unable to open these from the outside. We had been given no instructions about what to do should this happen. Luckily some other people in the apartment block arrived and after knocking on the shutters for a while, a man from inside came to open up. nnLocation wise, this is ok if you don’t mind a 20-35 minute walk to the main attraction areas.nnWe had an ok stay here and the rooms were nice (Although very firm beds!). We think the property has a few areas they could improve upon.

Positive points: Nothing in particular

Negative points: This apartment disappointed us for many reasons:n1) The owner said they have kitchen utensils. But there are no cups, no cutleryn2) Refrigerator did not work, bath drain also did not work (but thanks for fixing it promptly)n3) Bathroom is cold, stinky and has insectsn4) No clothes hanger in the hall - nowhere to put our jacketsn5) Owner does not reply promptly, so we had to ask the security guard to help us with check inn6) Overall, the kitchen is old and not clean - not the space you’d like to use for cookingn7) No windows in the apartment, so it does not really feel cozy

Positive points: Staff is good and very responsive. He takes immediate actions to my concerns.nGood location to some tourist attractions.

Negative points: It's not clean enough. The bathroom, they need to fix the shower, cannot control the temperature of the shower, too hot.

Positive points: Vị trí thuận lợi, sạch sẽ

Negative points: Nhân viên không gọi confirm xem khách có tới ko, tới vào thời gian nào, không gửi mật khẩu phòng trực tiếp (gửi qua bảo vệ), không gửi mã cửa chính. Đi ra đi vào đều phiền bảo vệ. Phòng không có thùng rác.

Positive points: Chú bảo vệ nhiệt tình, phòng thoáng khí

Negative points: TV không kết nối được, wifi hầu như không xài được, đa phần bị lỗi nên phải xài 4g là chủ yếu. Phòng lúc mới nhận còn hơi bụi bặm
