Positive points: The apartment is new, well decorated and properly equipped (kitchen wares, washing machine, refrigerator, iron, etc.) very good for long term stays. nnA bit far from the old town center of hanoi, but grab motorcycles are cheap.

Review: The room is clean and tidy, but the staff's attitude is quite poor. When guests arrive, the security guards sit inside the hotel and look out at them, while guests are struggling with three large suitcases. If they had small suitcases, it wouldn't be a problem, but even when I brought in three large suitcases, they didn't help me open the door and I still had to open it myself. 🙂 For the price of 1,150,000 VND, I would rather stay at A25 hotel where there's food and amenities, and the staff at the reception are much friendlier and more attentive. The hotel should reevaluate the staff's attitude.

Review: I just experienced 4 nights here. The receptionists are cute and friendly. The room is new and fully equipped. The bedroom and living room are separated. The towels smell nice, the bathroom is clean, and the water pressure is strong, which felt quite good. The smart TV in the room is simply and elegantly arranged. There is a washing machine in the room, overall everything is new. Two air conditioners. My room has a balcony overlooking the street, so the bedroom is a bit noisy at night. Next door, there is a massage shop which helps everyone feel relaxed, it's quite okay.

Review: Oh my gosh!!!nI’m a super picky person (at least that’s what I think, lmao), but with Muse in Vietnam, it’s an exception because the quality is undeniable 💕nAcross from it, there’s a huge Fuji Mart where we can pretend to go shopping and buy stuff to cook and play family games, I LOVE IT!nI really wish Muse would open a branch in Saigon so I could go there with my partner. Muse, please hear my plea and open in Saigon, I’ll beg for a weekly visit 😭nIn general, everyone takes care of us with great enthusiasm, the rooms are just like the pictures, clean, and the color tone matches my taste.nHowever, if Muse needs feedback, I have a tiny suggestion:n- The day I went, the bed sheets were pastel blue checkered, and the room’s color was brown, so it didn’t match very well. If it could be changed, the room would look much prettier.nP/S: Muse, please open a branch in Saigon 🎀
