Positive points: The location, staff are great. It's good value for money. Last year I stayed, paid a little more but had way nicer room. Wish I had had done that again for the extra space.

Negative points: I booked myself into a smaller and cheaper room
The bigger rooms are way better value for money. Much larger and more comfortable
It was my choice to go cheaper, but I won't next time.

Positive points: Comfortable room, very good location, good customer service, good WiFi, quiet, my room had washing machine and a balcony.

Negative points: No plug in the bathroom.
the balcony is a plus, but could be made to look much nicer.

Gần biển, tuy nhiên nếu bạn muốn vui vào buổi tối thì nên chọn khách sạn bên kia cầu.
Từ chỗ này đến cầu rồng cũng không xa lắm nhưng vẫn phải gọi xe

7.0 Great to have a washing machine - Kim 24-09-2023

Positive points: Pros:
- The apartment we stayed in had a washing machine. Our room had a fan, air conditioning, TV, fridge, kettle and hairdryer
- Daily housekeeping
- Hotel has a lift
- Hotel has motorbikes for rent 120k per day. We rented a few extra hours at 15k per hour. They will keep your passport. They also can arrange tours
- Walking distance to beach
- Hotel arranged for our transfer to our Hoi An hotel in 7 seater car for 350k
- Phước Mỹ Market (local) is across the street

Another local market is Bac My An Market. Han and Con markets are more touristy.

Great food court at GO!(Big C) Supermarket Da Nang GO! Đà Nẵng.

Grab is available in Danang .

Negative points: Cons:
- Our apartments could be cleaner (the floors and kitchen cupboards). There is a hot plate if you want to cook but not enough utensils etc.
- There appears to be only one iron in the hotel if you want to borrow. First time I tried to borrow it wasn’t available. When I did manage to borrow a couple of days later the cord was frayed in multiple sections.
- We booked two apartments for 4 nights on bookings.com 3 months in advance -no option to pay a deposit or pay upfront (like all our other hotel bookings in VN). Only pay at property. Two days before our arrival we received an email from the hotel advising the apartment with balcony was only available for the first two nights and the last two nights would be in a standard room. The total price was cheaper. Tried to sort it out on WhatsApp message. When we arrived at the hotel and questioned why, they said as we hadn’t paid a deposit it was given to another guest which they apologised for but it was disappointing.
- One of the housekeeping ladies is not friendly
