Review: had a pleasant stay in this villa, staff was very helpful and polite. even before the trip, they were very quick to reply some queries that we have for them online. they also do arrange tours for guests, but we had already pre-booked them. villa is pretty with a nice exterior and interior too. we also had a small buffet breakfast, which was good enough for us. they also asked if we liked chocolate crepes and made some for us:) location wise i would think it is not too near from the ancient town. need a 8 min grab ride there. the downside was the aircon in our room was not working well, not sure why. could be because the triple room is too big for the aircon. there are 2 wall fans in the room too but it wasnt cold enough for us.

Positive points: Breakfast can have more options at the live counter.

Review: The villa is new, clean and the staffs are super friendly, helpful. Served breakfast is simple but quite delicious.

Positive points: On arrival we were warmly greeted by our host Tara who immediately made us feel welcome and special, she served us tea and peanut candy then assisted us with our luggage to our beautiful big and very clean room which was very spacious with great amenities and super comfy beds. Our stay came with daily breakfast which was yummy and fresh and we were greeted with smiles and amazing hospitality from Rosey, Tsong and Tee. We also had a laundry service daily which came in very handy for a 9 day stay. The pool is big and crystal clear so inviting after a day out in old town shopping eating and taking in the beauty of Hoi An. Chez Mimosa is also located in a rice field giving a peaceful environment and just out of the busy hustle and bustle of Hoi An. We definitely recommend staying at this amazing place, you will love it and the staff.

Review: I love hotels which are not chains and where the staff make the whole thing delightful. Everyone at this hotel is so accommodating and striving to make your stay stress free. The breakfast is wonderful, the location is not on the core,but that makes it better. You can bicycle everywhere or take a grab bike for under $1 US.
I was able to bike to the beach and the old town.
They will arrange excursions for you as well. I will always stay here when I return as they made me feel like family.

Positive points: Very quiet, we wanted somewhere with not too many people and this is perfect. 2 big bedrooms & bathrooms. The pool was great. Breakfast was excellent.

Review: Our room was huge, clean, light and airy. One of the best rooms we have stayed in. The bed was super comfortable and we slept really well. The breakfast was good. The hotel offer a free laundry service (one basket per night of your stay) so that was a great bonus. The plunge pool is a nice way to cool down after a day sightseeing. The hotel provided a DIY foot spa on our last night which was a nice surprise. We had a bit of a problem with getting back into the hotel on our first night as the bell was broken. We borrowed bikes and it's very easy to cycle around as it's very flat. The staff bent over backwards to make our stay special. Our flight was cancelled so we had to cut our stay short but the hotel were very understanding and only charged us the rebooking fee.

Positive points: Chez Mimosa turned out to be better than I expected, the location is beautiful and picturesque surrounded by rice fields and mountains, you can enjoy the view from the cafeteria onsite, good breakfast menu, very friendly and helpful personnel, free laundry once a day, great swimming pool, comfortable rooms with well-working a/c. It was a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend this place 100%

Positive points: Location was perfect! It was a lovely quiet area next to rice field, well centered between the beach and the downtown area. Everything was perfect, the delicious breakfast, the extra big rooms, well taking care pool and the attention and care we received!

Positive points: Beautiful property, clean, great view on the rice fields, confortable and big rooms. Very friendly and helpful personnel. We extended our stay by 3 nights because of the warm welcoming and the good vibes of the location. It’s in a calm area, about 15 min taxi/ motorbike distance from the old town. Not an issue for us!

Positive points: Property surrounded by rice fields and trees, lots of greenery, picturesque.
Very nicely designed area - the reception/restaurant/restrooms/villas/pool.
Very convenient services provided and included in the base price paid for the room - laundry, shuttle to downtown, pick-up/drop-off from/to airport, bicycles.
Very nice pool.
Delicious breakfast, although with limited options that I think reflect the price paid.
