Positive points:
The house is large and spacious, en suites in each room, gorgeous grounds and pool. We were met by Ngoc, who was wonderful, both arranging transport, giving us helpful guidance on places to go, and dealing with issues. She is an absolute gem..
It is a restful spot, not too far from town, and very pretty.
Negative points:
We were there in a period of intense rain, the house leaked and paint was coming off the walls.
The drainage wasn’t great in one of the upstairs rooms so the shower ran out through the bathroom.
There were few plates and cutlery in the kitchen so that the group of six of us couldn’t easily eat in.
Also, probably not normally an issue, there was nowhere to dry clothes- no dryer, and the small hanger we couldn’t easily pull in out of the rain was not adequate - our clothes were wet for days.
Positive points:
The villa is exactly as shown in the photos—beautiful, cozy, spacious, and clean. It has three huge bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the first floor, there is a large living room and an additional bathroom. There are also two saunas. The pool is pristine, and my children loved splashing around in it so much they didn’t want to get out. Overall, the concept is very reminiscent of Balinese villas.
The host was extremely welcoming she greeted us, showed us around the villa, and stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp the entire time. The house is filled with beautiful green plants, which adds to the cozy atmosphere. Honestly, it was the kind of villa and location where you’d want to stay longer. We even regretted a little that we only came to Hoi An for three nights. The kids didn’t want to leave the villa.
The center of town is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away. I would also like to mention that there are several cafés and restaurants in the area. We especially liked a Japanese restaurant located on the same street as the villa, where you can either dine in or take away.
What we loved most was that the villa is on a quiet, cozy street, far from the noise and tourist crowds. I highly recommend it!
I would also like to mention that I booked all the tours in Hoi An through Viator, but once we arrived, we realized that the same tours are much cheaper locally. So, I recommend that if you’ve already made a booking, you can contact the host, and she will be able to arrange the same tours for you at a much lower price.
Negative points: Nothing
Positive points: Very well equipped and finished, fantastic entertainment area
Negative points: Only small negative was that there is only cooling fans downstairs and no AC. Not a problem for us but could be an issue during summer for some

Just had an amazing 2 nights stay at Puravida Villa's 2. Everything was perfect from easy booking, location, and outstanding accommodation.
The pool and all the beautiful plants made it even more welcoming.
The staff do a gr8 job keeping it all looking so nice.
Our host Ngoc was lovely and even arranged a bday cake for my husbands up and coming special day.. Also arranged a driver to collect us from the airport which made things a lot easier. She kept in contact with suggestions of things to do and places to go and see.
Will be coming back again for sure on our next trip back to Hoi an.
Negative points:
Only booking for 2 nights.
BIG MISTAKE
Positive points: The property was in a great location, very spacious and clean.
Negative points: The beds were not overly comfortable for some of us
Positive points: Loved the pool and the location. The host Ngoc was incredible and made our stay.
Negative points: The beds were too hard but they were fine.
Positive points: The Rooms were amazing and the beds were very Comfortable. The best was the pool! Amazing for a trip to Hoi An
Negative points: Sometimes we had to squeeze on the couch to fit😂 but it was fine

Positive points: Beautiful villa with very friendly hosts. Quiet street. Everything is well maintained and clean. Especially the outdoor area is a jewel.
Positive points: It was a very nice location, even better than the photos.
Negative points: The beds were a little too Hard for european Standards. But we got something to put under the sheets to soften it up.
