Positive points: It was exactly as described.
It was made more enjoyable by the host, Nio was so helpful and tentative towards what we needed.
By far the best stay so far for us out of the 5 we’ve already been to in the past 3 weeks.
Would definitely book again if we come back to Hoi An.

Positive points: A taxi was arranged by the property to take us to the 3 ensuite-bedroom townhouse - which was spacious, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. Refreshments (cut fruits, bottled water, packet biscuits) were provided and welcomed when we arrived. The private plunge-pool was most refreshing to cool down in. Bicycles were provided free of charge which made travelling to the beach and the old town very accessible.

Positive points: Actually it was the greatest stay I ever had. The villa is very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Contact with the hosts is amazing, they make sure you are comfortable and suggest nice places to visit. The bathrooms are very luxerous and the swimming pool is very nice. It is in a quiet neighbourhood nicely located between the beach and the old town.

Positive points: We booked this Villa in Hoi An, located in between the old town and the beach, for a short holiday with our family. This villa is new and we absolutely love it. It has beautiful front garden, a private swimming pool (even with lights to swim in the evening), well equipped kitchen & living room (non AC but with fans), spacious beautiful decorated three bedrooms with each with its own AC, own tv including Youtube and Netflix, own bathroom (including two deep bathtubs, 3 rain-showers, shower gel/shampoo/handsoap/toothbrush). The property is guarded. We could also use the 5 bikes to explore the neighborhood. The villa was also cleaned during our 5 day stay with new towels.

Special thanks to our hostess Nio, Cam and Hon. We were warmly welcomed. Happy they could arrange a transfer from airport to villa (and back or any transport with them). The first day we arrived the power was out so they arranged a stay at another nearby villa, with also a private pool. The communication went via WhatsApp, where we could made any request. They recommended various places to eat. We went even twice to Baby Mustard down the street, which we really loved (delicious food and drinks with really friendly staff).

We enjoyed our stay and absolutely love it and would recommend this to everyone! ♥️

Positive points: Fantastic accomodation, really wonderful! perfect location outside of busy Hoi An (15 min by biike), very nice decorated rooms, marvellous private pool.

Positive points: This place was absolutely perfect. It is located between the Ancient City and the beach, it was very easy to get to both. The views are incredible and the house has everything you need to have a very relaxing stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They were extremely friendly. Highly recommended for groups and families.
