Positive points: Great facilities, good value for money. There is a swimming pool, a kitchen, chill area, the street is rather calm and we had a large room with plenty of space.
Also, the staff is adorable and offers plenty of services from free bikes, rental scooters, coconut boat tours, laundry and more

Review: everything is nice. some of the walls in our room are just dirty and need some renovating, also it would be good to have a shower curtain since you can see the silhouette of our body from the glasses. overall the owner are very nice people

Positive points: Free bicycles were great and the ones we used were in good condition. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were always very easy to reach through message on booking.com. The room was comfortable and a good price. The laundry price was cheap and fast too.

Positive points: Very nice and clean place where to stay, quite neighbourhood and not far from the ancient town. During my stay I was dealing with Tung, really polite and helpful guy.

Positive points: Great location. I love staying in places that are a bit more local, outside the 'touristy zones' and this one was perfect! On a quiet street in local Hoi An suburb, very safe area with cute streets to explore. Amazing cafe right on the corner, perfect for remote working during the day. Walking distance to Hoi An Old Town, about 15-20 minutes on foot. Close to some little local restaurants, hidden gems everywhere. I stumbled across an area close by with street markets and second hand / thrift stores which was cool too! Owners were lovely and the pool was a nice touch, good to cool off in after a hot day of exploring Hoi An. Room was a great size as well with plenty of storage and a fridge, bathroom was good as well

1. The owner super friendly and kind! He gave me free uprade room.
2. Princess style bed (i can roll over 3 times on the bed lol) perfect for group or family trip.
3. Their amenities almost perfect. shampoo, bodywash, tooth brush, 2 different types of towels even hair dryer!
4. Huge room you can play soccer!
5. Free bicycle if you want to strolling to the old town faster.
6. They have pool!

Review: phòng ốc rộng rãi nhưng khá nhiều điểm tiêu cực chẳng hạn như nước trong phòng vệ sinh có mùi rất nặng. mình phải mua nước bên ngoài về để rửa mặt đánh răng. hơi ồn ào chắc có lẽ tưởng mỏng quá k cách âm tốt , mình nằm ngủ nhưng tiếng trẻ em đùa giỡn bên ngoài , người nói chuyện , bước chân lạch cạch nghe rất rõ nên cũng khó ngủ 😢

Positive points: One of the best homestays we stayed in during our journey through Vietnam. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner is super friendly and will help you with every question. The room was bigger then expected, well equipped, modern and super clean. The pool and the good laundry service were a nice add on. Overall it’s a perfect value for money. You can walk into the city center or take one of their free bicycles. Even to the beach it’s only 20mins by bicycle. We absolutely recommend this stay.
