Rice River Villa - Hoi An

Positive points: Ly and her aunt were amazing hosts! We arrived with a night bus and could check in at 7 am already without any extra charge. Ly was really helpful, recommending activities in town and offering to book a bus for us. Bicycle rental was very affordable (25,000 per day).
Our room was perfect. The bed was super soft, both the room and the bathroom were beautiful and very clean, and we had a great view onto the rice fields.
It is located about 25 min by foot from the center, with some cafes and breakfast/lunch spots around. If you don't want to walk, you can either rent a bike with her or just get a Grab for less than 2 $.
I would definitely stay here again!

Positive points: It's a really nice villa in a quiet area, yet an enjoyable bike ride to town in just 10min. The room was really cosy and well maintained, it's a good vibe run by a lovely family. I only stayed a night, but they let me use the Roo longer as my bus left in the afternoon. So thank you 😊 I also slept very well, the beds are very comfy. Good Feng shui overall.

Owner carefully organised everything in the best way. Location in 25 min walk from center and 35 from beach, or 7 minutes drive. They offer bicycles too, just I’m bad rider. Felt cozy and comfortable every day

Positive points: Staying at Rice River Villa was my best homestay experience so far! The Villa is a beautiful home directly next to the rice fields. It was super clean and the room cozy and nicely furnished! The Owners were so lovely, welcoming and always carrying a smile on their face :) They even prepared traditional Central Vietnamese Breakfast for us which was so delicious! If I come back to Hoi An one day, I will definitely stay at this homestay again. Thanks for your hospitality!

Positive points: The hotel is beautifully clean and light and airy. The foyer where breakfast is served is relaxing and nice place to start your day. The free breakfast offered was beautifully plated and very generous portions. We had banh mi with omelette and Ly (the owner) also gave us fresh fruit as well. The rooms were very spacious and everything was spotless. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets smelt amazing.

Ly and her mother Hoai were so hospitable and changed our sheets every day, even though we didn't ask, they only wanted us to feel comfortable. The hospitality overall is impeccable!

The location is also ideal because it's only a 20 minute walk to the old town or a 10 minute grab and a 10 minute grab to the beach.

Review: A very nice place and highly recommended. It's nice and quiet and near the beach and old town. There are nice restaurants in the area. The owner and staff are super helpful and just the nicest people you will ever met!!!

Positive points: One of the best accomodation we had during our 3 months travelling Asia. The staff is super caring, helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect for Hoi An as you’re in between the beach and the old city. Super comfortable and clean amenities.

Positive points: We've stayed at many places, but this one tops them all. The room was spotless and spacious, featuring a large balcony, a work desk, a fan, and perfectly clean towels. Breakfast was simple, but it did the job. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing drink. There are two bicycles available, making it easy to reach the city or the beach in about 20 minutes. The pool was also very clean.

Review: A lot of villas in Hoi An but I chose Rice River Villa - Hoi An. It’s very difficult to find another property is better than this one. The location is good and the staff is friendly.

Positive points: I had a great time staying at the Rice River Villa! My host, Jennifer, was absolutely fabulous! She gave me great local recommendations, a local trailer, managed to organize last minute trips and tours me and even let me have a shower before and after my check in and out time. Lovely location, quiet and away from the noise and crowds. Very clean, comfortable rooms.
Would definitely recommend a few nights stay here :)

Positive points: In a quiet area with the rice fields just behind and only 15-20 minutes by bike from the old town, they let you borrow their bikes and the staff was just lovely and really helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable and very clean.

Positive points: We loved the location and the beds! The beds were some of the most comfortable in Vietnam that we had the pleasure of using. The location is great! The rice fields and gardens were beautiful, and the location is basically in the middle between the old town and the beach! The host family was so accommodating, and the morning breakfast was delicious! Our host even gave a going away gift! She's seriously the sweetest, and so are her staff and family. We will definitely stay again!
