Positive points: Our stay at this homestay was excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the spacious room to the bathroom. Despite our late arrival at around 1 am, which we couldn't inform her about due to a lack of internet, she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated that the TV had movies in English and a great app for streaming. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! It's 6 minutes by car to the old town

Positive points: Wonderful hosts, good food, good location, and clean rooms. Overall, my friend and I had a great time at Van May! Don’t be dismayed by the lack of reviews - it’s truly a great place to stay on Hoi An.
Positive points: The homestay was very comfortable and our hosts were really friendly and welcoming--they offered us food (which came in handy when we got stuck for dinner one night as it was raining) and were eager to help us navigate. The room was cozy, good for the one night we were there. The homestay itself is a bit out of the way from the main tourist drag, but they provide bicycles that can be rented for very cheap. Would recommend a stay here for the hospitality we received.
Negative points: The bathroom is a wet room and the water a bit cold
Positive points: Very clean, quiet and welcoming homestay. It's not far from city centre of Hoi an although it looks far it's only 5min by taxi or 30 min walk.
Negative points: Owner a little bit too welcoming want to help you with absolutely everything, it definitely feels like proper homestay. Lack of fridge in the room. I will not rate them under 10 because they truly deserve. I just prefer to be left alone and they treat you like family.
Positive points: Ultra clean room, big bathroom,lovely friendly host.Only me there,so oh so quiet.....great.
Negative points: room needs somewhere to put stuff!..shelves,wardrobe, drawers!.No kettle !no tea or coffee at breakfast.
Review: The accommodation is very clean, tidy, and equipped (but there is no dryer or refrigerator). The hosts are very friendly, sociable, and cheerful. However, the check-out time is a bit early at 11 AM.

Review: Phòng sạch, tốt, không rộng lắm, ở trong một gia đình có 2 cô bác hơi lớn tuổi, vị trí không gần trung tâm. Nếu về sau 10pm cần liên hệ chủ nhà.
