Review: I don’t know what to write 🙏🏼really not happy for the location

Positive points: Fantastic location next to the vegetable gardens, coffee shops, and restaurants, and walking distance to the beach. Nga is a lovely host. Overall a great experience.

Review: This was our second visit to this wonderful little bed-and-breakfast in Hoi An, midway between the town proper and the beach area.

Lovely hosts who are rebuilding after having to shut down during Covid for the better part of three years.

Great rooms, huge beds, nice balconies overlooking the countryside and the organic farming, community, refreshing pool, which was great after hours walking around the steamy town.

Wonderful included breakfast, where you could basically order anything and everything on the menu. Also was open for lunch and dinner as well, and at very reasonable prices.

We wish them much success in building a thriving business, and they know how to deliver quality. Highly recommended.

Positive points: It is a lovely place with warm hearted people running it! The location is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay extremely. The family is very kind and helps anywhere they can. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay in Hoi An!

Positive points: Everything. Such a nice place to stay and the staff/ family which run it are the absolute best.

Review: Too hot too stay. Very disappointed. Gave 3 stars and not sure why except they didn't charge me, but it was a terrible experience getting all the way out there and then finding out. It is in a VERY remote location. Even cabbie has to call twice for directions.

Review: Nice place, bit difficult to find. Google map is accurate but entrance located down alley.

Positive points: Great location and views from the room. We were upgraded to a more expensive room for free which was a lovely surprise.

Review: We checked in to this hotel post Christmas , the host and her family was really amazing .. they really made us feel home. Area is really quite , full of greenery. They rent bycycles which help us to roam around. I will definitely recommend this place for people who love nature , and also for the amazing hospitality.

Negative - bedsheets are not washed properly

Positive points: I loved the location, it was so quiet amidst the vegetable fields. The host family was very helpful and friendly. You get true local knowledge and every advise for a restaurant or trip was a shot in the rose. I also rented a motorbike for a good price which I do recommend, since getting there with a Grab is a bit tricky. Rooms were comfortable with an amazing view and nice balconies. Review: I enjoyed my stay in Osaka, the best is the peace of the place were is located.
The worse the energy from the girl at the reception, she lied me, and she gave me another one I didn’t book it, I said her and her mood changed. She was so rude during all my stay.
The positive was Her mum, so nice with a smile all the day.
I been two times there, the second was diferent for that reason and I didnt enjoy it as much. You can’t lie to your guests and ask all the time what they are going to do.

The bedroom needs a better cleaning, also the towels are so old.
The mosquitos can kill you at night if you don’t close the windows.
The breakfast is the same every day and you order it before as a menu.
The quality is the beds is normal and also the quality of the food.
They need to put some natural plants on the bedroom cause the environment is great and they are not focusing on the details.

The location is the best thing

Positive points: The location was beautiful in the fields, the pool was gorgeous too after a long day. The beds was comfortable and the room was cleaned each day. The bath was lovely as we hadn’t found a hotel with one for weeks! It’s pretty close to the town, only cost £0.71p on a grab bike to access. So close to the beach too. The whole family were really welcoming. Also super helpful booking trips - they booked our lantern making class and also trip to Hai Van Pass for way cheaper than we could find online. Truly would love to go back!

Review: Clean modern hotel in back of Tra Que Farm! Very peaceful setting out of town and 10 minutes bicycle ride to An Bang beach! Breakfast available at a cost! Mattress is comfortable, balconies for each room with great view, bicycle use is free but not adequate for tall person like myself! Walking to town is not really an option as it will take over an hour each way. Use grab taxi or free bicycles! Maybe not great for solo travelers unless your looking for solitude but perfect for a family or couple who wants a quiet natural setting out of the busy old town! Neighbors are locals who are very friendly! In back of villa there is a river with great views of rice fields and sunrise! Turn off lights in hallway at night unless you like light seeping into the room. Free welcome drink was a nice beginning to the stay!

Positive points: What a special place in a quiet location set in amongst the organic vegetable gardens. The property boasts a huge very clean well looked after swimming pool. Bicycles were available which were a treat to use and an easy ride to An Bang beach and restaurants. A delicious breakfast with many options was enjoyed most mornings. Such a sweet, caring family . We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return.

Review: Quiet and cozy place with modern rooms including beautiful bathtub ! Very nice pool, great breakfast, free bicycle use, surrounded by a community farm , balconies, Lounge area by pool with coconut trees, owned and managed by a family, quiet area only 10 minutes to beach by bicycle! Take a Grab taxi to old town or bike it! Friendly housekeeping deserve a tip! I enjoyed my stay like the place is a destination in itself! Surrounded by nearby rice fields and garden with cooking schools and restaurants! Perfect for a 4 -5 night stay!

Review: Modern rooms , well appointed, clean and comfortable bed, marble bathtubs , beautiful oil area, free bicycles but not big enough for someone tall! Very peaceful in the morning and night! No noise or loud music! Many nearby restaurants at the old famous garden organic farm next door, 8 minutes bicycle ride to the famous An Bang beach. Nice staff and owners! Tile floors in room with beautiful designs looks Turkish, nice touches like lantern in your room for night time, breakfast is with extra price! Free welcome mango drink very appreciated! Book 2 nights and you may want to stay longer! Only 20 minutes by bicycle to old town HoiAn! Good quiet place away from the busy old town !

Positive points: Beautiful and peaceful location. All of the staff were very friendly and happy to help at all times.
Great value and I highly recommend it.
Walkable to An Bang Beach (20 minutes) and Hoi An Old Town (about half an hour) but it would be quicker on their free to use bicycles.
I would give this place 6 stars if I could ✨️
