Positive points: Really friendly host. 20 min walk into the old town but they cam provide you with bikes. Big spacious room with TV and kettle. Fresh towels and water everyday.

Review: The boss is very enthusiastic and friendly. The room is spacious and clean, and with the amount of money we spent, it feels extremely cheap. If I have the opportunity to visit Hoi An again, I will definitely come back there.

Positive points: The room was spacious, we were allowed to check in very early, everything was just great 👍 the restaurant next door has amazing food too. It is 20 min walking distance to the old city.

Positive points: If you’re looking for cleanliness and comfort, this is the place. I extended my stay as I loved it so much. The room was super spacious and comfy, perfect for longer stays. The sheets and towels were so fresh and white, the host changed the towels everyday for me without asking and gave me more water bottles and soap every morning which was amazing! The bathroom is new, modern and clean. No weird smells or damage! There are free bicycles to use and washing machine for use! There’s also a kitchen area downstairs in a quiet and cosy lobby area. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Positive points: Excellent price/quality balance. The host is so very kind and welcoming. I got my leg injured at scooter accident during my stay in Hoi An, the host was so helpful and made my stay very comfortable. Very grateful.

Positive points: We really enjoyed our stay here! Initially booked 2 nights but extended our stay. Everything is very clean and modern. The host is super nice and helpfull. You can even do your laundry there. It is a bit out of the city centre but we prefer this as it is not so crowded. You can use bikes for free and it is nicely located midway to the beach and Hoi An city centre. Definitely recommend!

Review: the location is pretty near the center, easily travel to nearby attractions. However, we can rarely find a staff to ask for help. When arriving to check-in, I called many time to the hotline but no one answer. The TV in the room isn't working

Positive points: It was a great stay. We felt very welcome and the owners are very kind. You can rent for free bicycles. So you need only 5 minutes in the Center and 10 minutes to the beach. We also could wash our clothings there for free. We would really recommend that stay. Thank you for all!

Review: I had a wonderful experience at Sum villa! The room was clean and fully equipped! It's close to the center, so getting around is very convenient, and the owners were very helpful during my stay! Everyone should book the villa's shuttle service because I found the prices to be cheap, the vehicles are new, and it gives you peace of mind! If I have the chance to return, I would still choose to stay at Sum villa!

Positive points: I had an amazing stay. Hoa is the sweetest. She prepared a very nice meal for me each morning and made everything vegetarian for me so I could still try the local food. They also have free bicycles to get around, which is nice. both the center and the beach are not far and easy to reach by bike. Warmest recommendations!
