Review: Website check in says 11am. She made us wait until 1pm by saying that room is not yet ready. Even at 1 pm when we came back to the hotel at 1 pm again she made us to wait around 45 min in hot weather. Finally at 2pm she came to me and again asked for booking ID which I showed her in my Agoda app. After checking for 10 min she told that she is new to Agoda and cant find us even though I booked 2-3 weeks before. After all the discussion she send us to her sister home stay which she paid for that one. I roamed in the hot sun for couple of hours and finally end up in another hotel. Which made me horrible and even my wife become sick because of the sun stroke.

Positive points: The host is very friendly and accommodating and was also very cooperative. The garden is lovely and since Hoi An can be very crowded with tourists, the accommodation is in a nice location, a couple minutes away from the busy Old Town streets!

Review: I have been traveling in South Asia for about four months, and this homestay is one of the best places I’ve stayed. It’s just a five-minute walk to the bridge and the market. The bedroom has a TV, fan, air conditioning, and a balcony. The bathroom is small, but it has everything you need.

The Wi-Fi works very well.

The owner is incredibly nice she asks you every day what you want for breakfast (which is included) and helps with everything (renting a motorbike, bike or booking a bus ticket).

When you check the location on Agoda, it shows the wrong place, so be sure to find the name of the homestay on Google Maps it’s near the bridge.
