Mint Hoi An Villa

Positive points: The Mint Hoi A Villa was definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in throughout our entire time across Vietnam. The hotel is new with a lovely Vietnamese charm. It’s situated down a quiet road but so close and a short walk to the old quarter. The rooms are beautiful and there’s an indoor pool. The serve the most delicious breakfast each morning. Breakfast includes a drink or two, main meal as well as fresh fruit and banana pancakes. Such a variety to chose from and very yummy. The highlight for sure are the staff! The owner and staff are exceptional in every way. Their attention to detail, friendliness, warmth and hospitality make this hotel so special and unique. We will be back for sure and highly recommend it. It is such value for money with the kindest staff you could ever meet. Thank Tung, Vang & Ann for your outstanding customer service. Positive points: The property was in a great location, 5 min walk to old town/markets. Staff at the Villa could not do enough for us - helped with any enquiry and breakfast was huge!! Positive points: Our stay at this hotel was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the impeccable service to the top-notch facilities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. On New Year’s Eve 2024, they organized a delightful party and even shared thoughtful gifts with all the guests, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. As an extra touch of kindness, they prepared a convenient breakfast bag for us to take to the airport when we checked out. This level of care and attention to detail truly set them apart. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An!

Positive points: Great service, all staff were extremely attentative to my aging parents. The entire building and rooms are spotless clean. Breakfast tasted really good and better than other restaurant food. Location is very close to the old town.

Positive points: Clean and spacious room. Excellent location close enough to the hustle and bustle but in a quieter spot. Excellent breakfasts, we tried and enjoyed several during our stay. Ms Anh was so kind and helpful, giving us lots of information and arranging travel arrangements for us to get to our next destination. Strongly encourage you stay here, we loved it.

Positive points: The ladies running this place are so friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The location is great and the accommodation is very clean and modern. Everything is finished to a good standard. The breakfast was also great, it’s absolutely huge!

Positive points: We recently stayed at this hotel, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. Every team member we encountered was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were always ready with helpful recommendations and made sure we had everything I needed, which made all the difference. And when I got sick they made rice and ginger tea for me.

The room was absolutely amazing—spacious and impeccably clean. It was clear that great care was taken to ensure everything was in perfect condition. The bed was incredibly comfortable making it a perfect place to relax and unwind.

One of the highlights of my visit was the massage session. The therapist was highly skilled and professional, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that left me feeling completely refreshed. I even did my nails there.
