The Nam An Villa Hoi An

Review: The air-conditioned room is a small queen size bed but fully equipped, with hot and cold water, and a clean room. The staff is enthusiastic and quick. Breakfast is not very tasty.

Positive points: The staff were very nice and helped with a transfer. There are bikes so you are able to get around easily, just make sure you choose one with good brakes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice. Breakfast was ok.

Review: I paid for a deluxe room and my room didnt have a window facing outside.

I was expecting that.

But yeah i guess cute place. The breakfast spread was amazing

Positive points: A beautiful little hotel right located equal distance between Ha Noi old town and An Bang beach. The street is quiet and has a local vibe with beauitful lanterns that give it charm. The hotel is very clean and fresh, friendly and great value. Tien at reception was truly a delight!

Positive points: I really liked that the villa was clean and the staff were readily available for us. Since 3 of us shared one room, there was still sufficient space for us to open up our luggage and hang around to chill. They also provided bicycles and huge umbrellas during our stay there. But we chose to take the grab because it was raining :(, the grab to the old town is super affordable that usually around SGD$1, therefore, the location is still good!

Review: The photos at the app matches the room that we got. The staff are nice and though they speak limited English, they are warm and kind. I love that that their toilet is spacious and clean. They also have a balcony and pool that you can use.

To add to the experience, they also have free bikes that you can use to explore the town. Best value for money!

Positive points: A small but beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and modern and they were able to accommodate us with early check in (for a fee). The receptionist was very friendly offering advice on tours and asked us daily for our breakfast choices for the following day. The hotel was away from the old town, but easy enough to get to by Grab. Being further away meant that we could use the bikes provided along the quiet paddy fields instead of busy roads.

Review: Room infested with ants, will crawl over to your items. There is no lift, need to climb the stairs up to fourth floor, might be tiring after a long day. But other than that, pool view is nice, breakfast options are plenty.

Positive points: The property had great location about 20min by foot from Hoi An’s old town and 15min by bike (which the hotel provided for free) from the beach.
The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.
The staff was nice and welcoming and also very helpful as they assisted us when booking some tours and activities around Hoi An.
I gladly recommend this hotel !

Review: ANNA is excellent & so helpful

Positive points: very pretty hotel with helpful staff, the pool was clean and working. They lend out bicycles for free - but make sure you choose a working one before heading off - my gf fell of the bike since it was broken. When we came back to the hotel to change the bike , the staff was very apologetic and helped us cover the wounds. They also helped us book the coconut tour and then a car the same day because we decided to leave early. The breakfast was nice, you can choose from a menu to order the main meal but there was also a small buffet with some bread and fruits and drinks to choose from. Room was clean, bathrooms too - we did find a small gecko in the bathroom but that was expected since the hotel is closer to the nature.

Review: The villa is more than 1 kilometer from the ancient town, with free bicycles available for rent. The experience of waking up early and cycling to the ancient town is truly memorable. The breakfast items like cao lầu and beef pho were not very good. It would be better if the room was equipped with a standing fan for better air circulation. The villa is very close to the seafood restaurant in Hoi An, which has a beautiful view of the rice fields and delicious food.

Positive points: everything about The Nam An villa was exceptional!! the room was spacious and clean, the staff were so so lovely and willing to do anything they could to make the best possible stay. the pool was quiet and clean. breakfast every morning was high quality food with lots of amazing fruit to chose from. location was perfect walking distance into the centre of hoi an and with the free bikes you can borrow it is a quick bike ride to the beach about 2km away. A nothing short of perfect stay!!!

Review: The room is clean and especially very fragrant, from the towels to the sheets, everything smells good. The room has a spacious balcony where my husband can go out to smoke. The staff is gentle. However, I personally feel that it is a bit far from the Old Quarter, so cycling made my legs tired, so I rented a motorbike to visit more places. With the price and service like that, it is still very worthy to stay, everyone.

Positive points: The service was incredible super accomodating, always had a hello and asked what we were doing for the day when we walked by the reception and super helpful arranging transport for us. The price for what you get is amazing you can’t complain. Pool was amazing too
