Review: The manager was terrible!
Amenities were fragile.

Positive points: Lovely oasis very close to the old town! Could enjoy the buzz of the town, but a 10 minute walk gave peaceful surroundings. Fantastic balcony room overlooking the pool and river. Bed super comfortable and lovely big bath!
Bar and restaurant area perfect for relaxing, alfresco dining and 2-for-one cocktails during happy hour! Best mojitos ever!Breakfasts were amazing, dinner very good too. Free use of bikes allowed us to explore the area, and hotel sorted our laundry, even very last minute before TET. In-house Swedish massage was a real treat!
Christian and his team provided genuinely warm and friendly hospitality, and ensured we had a stunning time and didn’t want to leave!

Review: The hotel is great and the staff and manager is care fully about the customer. But location is a bit far and need to walk see the crowded. Hotel just refurbished and everything looks clean. But overall it's okay.

Positive points: Great service, good breakfast and very good location. On the bike to the busy centre is great, walking also no problem. Better than staying in the part where it is so busy every day.

Positive points: The hotel located about 15 min away from the old town. In a quiet area with view to the river. The crew was wonderful and very helpful. We had shuttle from and to the airport with a reasonable price arranged by the hotel. The rooms are clean and breakfast is great. They have bicycle for free and motorbike for rent nearby

Review: The Odyssey Hotel is a great choice for your visit. The staff is helpful, breakfast amazing, location is the best because you are away from the hustle and bustle, bikes are free along with a shuttle service to the market but only a 10 minute walk. Make sure you attend MEMORIES AND THE BAMBOO CIRCUS. I also loved riding bikes to view local living and the many places things in their homes like shoes, lanterns and carvings.

Positive points: Quiet location but within an easy walk of the hustle and bustle. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were spotless.

Review: The staff are very warm, polite and nice to talk to. Our room was river facing and large and bright. Nhung at the reception was so easy to talk to. Felt bad while leaving the hotel. The breakfast spread is great. The hotel is close enough to ancient Town and has free shuttle service for pick and drop at particular times during the day to Beach club and ancient Town.

Review: Stayed 2 nights, first night I got woken by barking dogs between 3 am and 4 am, second morning around 8 am . Unfortunately this property is built on the property line surrounded by locals who have animals who can not be controlled by hotel management. Yes the place looks good on paper and staff are friendly, however I enjoy my sleep and do not enjoy listening to dogs fighting at night. If you want a good night sleep, this is not your place… manager apologised many times however came up with no solutions. Photos shows view of my room .

Review: Enjoyed my stay at Odyssey.
Room was very spacious and nicely appointed. I had a balcony with outlook to river.
Breakfast buffet was plentiful and staff on duty in bar and kitchen area are very sweet. Nice breakfast area overlooking pool.

Nice to have a pool for a dip and deck chair area to lounge and drink cocktails or iced teas.

Location is 15-20 min walk to old town. I often booked a grab or hotel shuttle runs a few times a day, as heat and humidity of August was not pleasant.

I did have an issue with air con temperature and heat on first night, too which they addressed quickly the next morning and checked in on often during my stay, which was good service. I was on top floor on sunset side so my only suggestion would be for hotel to put air con on earlier during day and keep curtains closed day of arrival to keep heat out.

Booked a great cooking class tour via the hotel which was so fabulous.

Overall I enjoy my stay and the staff were all so lovely.

Positive points: Amazing friendly staff, the manager was so friendly and greeted guests every morning at breakfast to make sure everything was ok with your stay. Very helpful barman who told us the best way to get into the old town over the bridge. Very peaceful

Positive points: Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location was not too far out of old town but very quiet at night. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Breakfast buffet with everything you would expect. Very good value for money.

Review: We booked a family room for 2 nights. Great staff, decent breakfast, good location and most of all very nice pool facilities. My kids especially liked the loft in the family room. I highly recommend this place to families
