Review: This was a repeat booking for the same type of room, but this time we were pleasantly surprised with a different room – it was bigger and even better than before! The staff were just as friendly and welcoming as on our previous visit, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Although it was a short stay, everything was smooth and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a quick and relaxing getaway.
Positive points: The hotel is in a central location for seeing Medan. We had a spacious, clean, well-furnished room with a very comfortable bed, and excellent air-conditioning. The breakfast had a multitude of choices and we appreciated the restaurant being open throughout the day for meals and snacks. The swimming pool was big by hotel standards, at a guess 25m long at least, and clean, with sunbeds and tables around it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Positive points: I had a memorable trip to Medan. I enjoyed visiting local attractions like Istana Maimun and Masjid Raya, and tasted delicious halal dishes such as ayam penyet and soto Medan. My stay at Aryaduta Hotel was overall pleasant. I appreciated the hotel’s warm hospitality, strong safety measures, comfort, and quick service.
Negative points: I found it a bit unusual that the reception was located on the 9th floor. There was also a half-naked painting on the 11th floor, which felt out of place. The room could use more thorough cleaning, especially around the edges and corners. The ironing device worked but was not in great condition. Tap water flow was a bit slow.

Negative points: It’s an old hotel, room and facilities need upgrade. Old gym equipment, some were not working, and it was hot! Disappointing. Slow service from the restaurant. Could hear the noise (footsteps) from the room above.

Handling food with bare hands, hair in the food, and dirty serving areas.nFood trays empty, not refilled and rotten looking salads. The restaurant staff rude, non-responsive when asked to refill the food trays, replying what is my problem. REALLY.n Rate restaurant a 0 😱.

Review: Good place to visit with young children
Positive points: very nice and super comfy hotel.. this is not my first time stay in this hotel.. even it was long ago that i stayed in this hotel, the facilities and the room deco and of course the bed for sure still comfortable..
Review: With that price, if you compare it to 4-star hotels in Jakarta or Bandung (which are cheaper), the facilities in Java are much better. This one feels like an old hotel. The gym is really lacking. The pool is okay, but the room was a bit dusty (I have a dust allergy, and it flared up)n

Review: Had a great stay at Aryaduta. The location is super convenient, right in the middle of the city. For the price I paid, everything from the room to the staff and facilities really exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was solid with a good enough variety. The room’s a bit old-school, but the bed was insanely comfortable. No complaints at all.

Negative points: Breakfast. Choices are too limited and taste is average.nServices- would not say that all staffs were equally friendly.
